I have read all of the Off-Topic and Kongregate ones because of boredom, but not many of the rest.

The majority of them are just overly explained/emphasized version of the Code of Conduct. I’d make the fair assumption that anyone who wouldn’t go about of their way to read the code of conduct wouldn’t bother to even touch those.
As for me I’ve read a couple, well, only a few. The /b/ one because I had no idea of what that hell hole was, but the rest I’ve just skimmed. For me it just seems like a waste of time. It has always appeared that group it is aimed toward couldn’t careless, (imagine some simile comparing it to ‘double-bagging’ here.) I don’t mean to put anyone’s effort down per-say, but I’ve always seen such matters as more of a warning than informational; as such, act only as a tool for moderators to act more liberally in such cases.
Note: My final sentence would be trying to show the relevance of my ‘distasteful’ comparison, if such a comparison were made in full.

I have only read the OT ones. I can’t remember them though, so it makes no difference.

I read them, and helped make the newest OT sticky. However, I got silence for quoting a post that had another quote in it (only 2) for 24 hours, so >:(

To be honest, when I started the forums, I just jumped right into the threads, however, I really diddn’t break any rules, (okay maybe the spam one) but that was slight and hardly even bending.

Yes, but the rules do not state 24-hr silences for a single post.

I read them, but I forgot what they said.

You need to read in between the lines a bit, case in point, arcaneCoder’s spam thread one, found here, http://www.kongregate.com/forums/2/topics/19357 .
“Unless you want to share in the fate of the topic creator or others who bump the thread, don’t go into his thread or join in his discussion. If you do, you bear full responsibility for what follows and forfeit your right to complain. It’s your choice to click the reply button, so please make it more wisely.”
So it can be said that it doesn’t explicitly state what kind of action is taken, only that something might and that you lose the ‘right’ to an appeal of sorts.
I dunno about you, but if I was looking to troll, flame or be otherwise a nuisance, I’d make sure I know full well what my ‘bounds’ are before I tread into dangerous territory.
To respond to your original complaint, I don’t know what you did nor do I care. If you have an issue about something, go through the proper motions and deal with it appropriately.

I don’t think so, it’s just the whole thing with using capital letters to emphasise something that’s not making full sense…. You might be right.

I’m too busy to bother reading your stickies.
Edit: /sarcasm for those who didn’t see the subtlety of it.

I read all of the stickies except one when I joined. I sorta ‘missed’ it, and read it at a later date.

That’s the sort of attitude that I hate personally.
