Welll, since Zenmaster is inactive, i have a question: If he leaves, who is going to be the new guild chef? Im the only other leader, but he said, the guild will go completely. Can someone tell me?

A Alliance cannot be disband until there is only one member. So, if you are a Leader, he can leave, and the Alliance will continue.

Well, i want to know what happens to me if he leaves. Do i get full control and eveything? Ya know, putting in new ranks and that stuff

Your permissions will remain the same. So, the abilities you have at this time, will be the permissions you have, if he leaves.
