Kongregate Badge!!!

I have a small problem that i have my 15 lvl but Kong doesn’t want to give me the Badge. Any suggestions
.Tried restarting multiple times
.ect.

Try to refresh. I refreshed and got the badge soon after.

I’ve actually managed to exceed level 15 (level 16 atm) and still haven’t gotten the badge.

you got to refresh or contact them about messing badges with the screen shot

I myself havent received a badge either after reaching level 15. Is it a common bug?

on kong chat there is an achievements section, this shows badges for that game… in this section there is a link you can use to file a ticket with kongregate

I’ll post a link and steps tomorrow if you can’t figure that out, my connection is poor at the moment while traveling for work
