No, it’s not. Vintage weapons are weapons/scrolls that players already possessed when we introduced a new weapons system a couple of months ago. Sorry! :)

maybe in the future dr can introduce healing scrolls to all hero

introducing healing scrolls to all hero’s wouldnt be the best idea…
-Pyro that can heal (making something op even more op?)
-Vampire hunter who excels in everything but healing (would turn op)
-Samu.. not really anything major
-chef with healing scrolls (why?)

Also not all classes need to depend on healing scrolls…

sorry about saying apply to all hero i mean samurais,vampire H, and pyro wouldn’t make them that op especially in grind house, and the mobs that they are weak for like samurai weak against armored knights, pyro to skeletons, so adding heal scrolls may not that a bit op imo.

Nope – the vintage scrolls were only available while the game was in beta. If you don’t already have one, there’s no way to get one. :(
