Items in unreachable areas?

I’ve noticed that sometimes when I die (usually because I crash about every hour) my loot drops into some unreachable area, like inside a house, or in the river. Anybody else get this?

one time my loot ended up on top of the little ridge/walls in mokon.

I’ve also had that happen, except it was inside a tree.

i almost got to DV when i got killed. just lost like 10 gold nuggets, lvl 8 centro bones and lvl 9 centro ribcaged because of thecapo _

i lost ten full stacks of farm items that were worth 4000 dd when i tried to leave mokon
