In Bleakwoods there are two main spots that a lot of people are using to level. Tsula’s cave, and Flo’s cave. Now one cave has less monsters, but less exp, the other, more monsters but more exp.
Flo’s: Battle 1, 880 exp, Battle 2, 737 exp = 1617 exp total
Tsula’s: Battles 1 425 exp, Battle 2, 825 exp = 1350 exp total
What I want to know is which is more efficient considering I can 1HKO all of the enemies. I’m not that good with numbers and maths, so I thought i’d ask here. Someone is bound to know, or want to work it out!
Thanks.

Tsula’s Cave, because it’s much quicker to gain experience, instead of killing monsters in Flo’s Cave which is far more time-consuming, even though it provide more experience than Tsula’s.

Also, at Tsula’s, you only fight both battles to restore your hp/sp. For the most part, you just go in, kill 3 hungerers, exit, and re-enter.

Trust me, Tsula’s is much faster. Would you rather kill 5 monsters on each battle portal(Flo’s), or 3 monsters(Tsula’s)?
And for me, I grind in Tsula’s and went from level 50 to 120 which took me about a week or so.

As a Shaman with NJII, I find Flo’s better – area spell wipes out all weaker monsters in one go and leaves only a couple of hungerers to finish off. Much better xp and not significantly more effort.
However for pretty much any other class at similar level, Tsula’s is definitely a better grind spot – solo, at least. 6 hits to clear the area instead of 10, so much faster to make xp. If you party up though the dynamics might change…

Tsula’s for everything but Shaman. Flo’s for shaman.

So you’re 150+? What are you doing grinding at Flo’s?

Pretty much this is the answer.
Flo is only better for shamans otherwise Tsula is better for the rest of the classes.

Mm. Explain why I read “NJIII” I guess I have glasses for a reason. Except they don;t seem to work.
For furthering discussion, once you hit 3.5k or so, grind first dungeon of UW. Trolls and shrooms. Trolls and shrooms.

I’ve done both as a savage. With Blood of the Fire Wolf you can speed up Flo’s to a reasonable rate and actually come out a bit ahead xp/time wise if you’re really paying attention and griding. Otherwise, do Tsula’s as hungerers only.

Hmm, at 57 shaman, I find Litonya’s cave to be more effective since you kill everything with nj2. The extra 4 swings for the hungerers slows you down enough to waive the benefit of additional xp.
Also, you won’t have to look for a Low population server or scream at non-friend leeches when you’re too lazy to move.
