there is nothing that sets it apart from other MMOs. It is a boring grindfest with repetitive quests, which can all be summed up as “go to dungeon x n kill teh mosterz11”. The skills are useless a few levels after learning them. All buffs are useless. All of the monsters use their basic attack always.
Also, the makers are bad at making games. They update the game to make things harder on everyone because “omg ther r hackerz on teh internetz onoz!11”. They have updated the damage formula multiple times to “make it more balanced”. All that it does is make most of the classes weak and others strong.
Sacred seasonings is not a good game and is not worth spending IRL money on

Sacred “SEASONS” is not a good game and is not worth spending IRL money on

yea that’s your opinion and all but honestly there are several people who play sacred seasons and think it’s fun so i disagree but you do have a few good points about it and it is pretty annoying to level but if you have friends then i think it is a pretty fun game to play

Well to find all that information out you would’ve had to play SS and get used to it coz in low levels there is hardly any need for grinding its all about quests, and noobs never know anything about stat rates.

Most people already know it’s not worth their money… I agree that the buffs and enemy stat reducers are useless; SnoozerBear hit IronSpider for 300dmg, SnoozerBear’s Marching Drums III affected the enemy, SnoozerBear hit IronSpider for 303dmg. lol, wasted a turn so that I could 1% more dmg on the next few! Same thing for most buffs; Make you do, like, 1-2% more dmg or take 1-2% less dmg for a few turns. Jamie may not be the best coder but I’m pretty sure he did better them you would’ve…

So let me get this straight, you been playing this game ever since, uh, it came out or received badges? Been posting in the SS forums and then you suddenly decide to criticize it?

Objectively, no, it’s not. It’s mediocre at best – there are other MMOs which are several leagues above SS. I do like SS’s multiplayer bits and being able to work in teams, but it falls short in everything else – equipment availability, variety, skills, combat, world size. The cost to actually access the whole game is obscene, and you basically spend gold to make your grinding a bit less tedious.
However… all that said, for whatever reason, I just keep playing it, and love playing it. Bizarre, really.

I used to hate this game at first, but when I decided to think what would the game look like when I continue playing, I felt like doing the badges. Besides that, there are many friends to meet with, especially for Kongregate users. This makes it easy for me to know who he/she is by asking whats his/her Kong username is. This is one of the few games I decided to forgive with after disliking it for the first time.

Sacred seasons only has a very small team (i dont even know if there anyone but jamie)
Compared to other MMO’s this game has climbed heaps in this past year, tell me which other team can create 16 different classes (ill exclude blizzard). yes i would have to say this game is still climbing throught the leagues of Runescape and Dofus and what not… I would spend money on this game if i had it

Thank you for admitting to being either a) uneducated about the game as a whole, or b) a troll.
