After looking at the joke, I guess so but still the joke is vague and I am sure no one wouldn’t notice that their not using a Splat when it functions differently from a Instosis.

LoL! You know thinking of your card it will be a spell with a quantum cost. It will be like Fire Storm but instead of fire bolts been fired, The spell will shoot down Swords dealing 3 un-upped (Short Swords) and 6 upgraded (Long Swords). :P Plus 1337 buddie, You can make the card using the card creator once you have original artwork to use. :)

It’d have to have some quirk, like a high cost to use, or something like a 75% chance to miss any given enemy, or it hits all monsters on the field rather than just enemy’s. Otherwise, that 6 damage upped will be a bit overpowered. :o

True, I would make the un-upped cost be 16 and the upgraded cost be 14 as it’s 7 Fire quantum for Rain of fire (3 damage) and 5 Fire quantum for Fire Storm (3 damage). Or balance the quantum cost better and have that % chance to hit each creature.

I thought this was the Jokes forum, not the Storm of Swords forum…

You must be the only person on Elements which has seen the Rare Cards [List] so many times as you asked 10+ questions based on rares and which I linked you to the topic and still not notice that there are spells with uses random quantum.
