I just bought 1 divine wings and “payment deduction failed” it took the 1395 balens and never gave me my wings. I f5 and still nothing. They are not anywhere in inventory, nor in my mail or anywhere else.

Same as problem as EM1NEM just with the earth elven wings.. Bought wings, balens bye bye and no wings in my inventory..

I have the same problem. Bought wings, got deduction failed message, no wings in inventroy and balens gone. Siret from Europe Server 3.

I have the same problem as they do as well, I went to buy the hot event “Divine Angel Wings” It said payment deduction failed" and did not give me the wings, the balens just vanished.. SO is there anyway we can get our wings please? Or at least refund us the balens..

no idea, wing packs with new image are back, but so far nothing else.
And i sure wont buy another one of that wings untill i get the ones i payed for… ;)

Any sort of communication on this issue would be greatly appreciated it’s been almost 10 hours since all this bug happens and all i got was this standard auto response from support ticket.

Yeah, I got to say i agree with AtaZ It’d be nice to hear something about the problem that has occured since it has been over 12 hours since the maintenance and the bug
