Uh, it does link to the original website. Unless there is some kind of stolen identity going on, I don’t see a problem.

I don’t think it’s stolen. How often do stolen games
even make it to beta without the developer’s
knowing about it?

Many game makers choose to host the game themselves, but also to upload it to a hosting site like Kongregate. It helps them attract more players than they otherwise could. :-)
