I went to a place, it said 12% chance of encounter.
Then I engaged in a battle.
Guess who I battled?
This is the list:
-4 Psycho Women
-2 Psycho Firemen
-1 Psycho Soldier
-2 Psycho Shopkeeper
-1 Escaped Psycho Prisoner
Which makes it 10 enemies.
Is this possible, or is there some kind of glitch?
