flare has a 90% to hit but never does. Does anyone else have this issue?
Then your beast has sorry accuracy. Because whenever I use it 49 out of 50 times I use it, the move hits.

Actually Flare is Strong versus Phantom Types, but that cant be the source of the problem you have that you keep missing…
