UI bug?

Sep 15, 2012 12:40pm Tryzx 104 posts Flag Post	The skills like Tenacity and Charged Blood increase piercing or defense by a percent. However, the increase doesn’t appear on the stats screen. Is this normal or are those skills bugged? thx
