For World 1, pump everything into Vitality. It’ll take forever to kill enemies, but you’ll survive.

And… I haven’t done World 2 yet. I just started doing the impossible badge.

Which class are we playing or would be easiest with? That might be slightly important :P

I just got the Legend achievement with Bio. The hardest fights were a few in zone 2 before I had Crystallize and in zone 5 against Specialists and Blood Hounds. Everything else was relatively easy.

Boost Vitality as much as possible, for everyone, even with your equipment. Only use other equipment if the increase to the main stat is huge compared to the Vit you’re giving up. Disrupt and Crystallize are your key skills. In zone 2 you can use Disrupt to keep Mages and Priests out of the fight, and later you’ll be able to cycle two Crystallizes to keep the most dangerous enemy out of battle permanently. Until a few fights into zone 5, Roald will be your main source of damage, so give all the good Str gear to him. You’ll only be contributing damage when you’re not disabling an enemy or healing an ally. I had to respec into the Speed combo in zone 5, but that was the only respec I needed for Legend.

A quirk which makes the Mage-Knight-Mage fight easier: the Knight will cast Guard on one of the mages, which shields it from a significant amount of damage. However, the Knight seems to hate the lower Mage because he only ever helps the upper one. Thus, you should use Disrupt to distract the upper mage while your allies kill the lower one first, then the knight.

Now my question: to unlock zone 7, I only need to get Legend then beat zone 6, right? I can start using training fights once I’m in zone 6? Figured I’d confirm this since the game doesn’t allow backup saves and I don’t want to do the first five zones again.

Yeah, train as you want. You can see zone 7 appearing on map after you get Legend, which means you’ll have access to it after you beat zone 6 no matter what you do in the future. Also you’ll definitely want to be lv28+ when you’re at zone 7 XD.

Watch out though, some of the fights in zone 6-7 are a PAIN. Its not so funny being stunned for 20 turns in a row =/

Which fight was that? I don’t recall any doing such a long stun.

Final fight in Zone 6 I believe. I kept getting stunned time and time again. Unlucky I suppose.

You need to redo it, but this time don’t use any training fights (the yellow zones) or refight a boss after you’ve completed their zone, at least not until you’ve gotten Legend.

The vitality-based Reform/Crystallize bio is win for legend. aabcehmu gave you a good miniguide, and there are others out there if you search (don’t forget the AG forums).

I have to say, Legend is probably easiest with bio (because they can heal/tank until around level 21 when they become imba with Withdrawal nukes), but it’s definitely possible with the other classes. I’ve done it on hydro and if I get bored I’ll probably do it with psycho.

I got the impossible with psycho. Am I the only one here who did that?

Flag Post

I highly recommend bio if your going for the impossible badges. It’s much much easier.

Flag Post

btw my friend says that its easier with psycho cuz its got good attacks with low focus cost… i dunno and if i am ganna do bio… should i go for predator form or toxicant form?? you guys got any suggestions on other abilities that is a MUST have to like beat baxter and get the legend and stuff?

Flag Post

I cannot and I mean cannot no matter what I do get past the Baron.

Flag Post

Yeah, I have the same problem… would appreciate some help…

To access to other zones you must do legend achievement.
One question: Do I have to beat it again on my other games if it’s on the same computer-same website&

Alright, I’ve heard a lot about how the Crystallize build comes in to its own at level 11, but at the Captain Hunt fight, I simply can’t keep both the ZPCI Sniper and the Medic stunned, and I need to keep the sniper down to keep him from one-shotting or two-shotting (in combo with C.hunt) Veradux. Do I need to spend some of my valuable money on giving veradux more vit? Or what?

Never mind, just maxed out vitality and bankrupted myself…but at least I did it :S
