Buff old cards is a good idea, but it’s also the fact that make sealed tournaments unbalanced, so best way to do it is rebalance all pack cards in a row. Let me throw bricks to lure gems.

Card rebalance project : Gold Pack

General idea:
1.All Vanilla(No skill) cards should be common, and the state should be a standard for other cards.(avoid to made Uncommons and Rares have high basic states.)
2.Rares should not have Faction specific offensive skill such as Strike Imperial 2 or Weaken All Raider 1. And also compare with meta.
3.Some Commons and Uncommons have strong Faction specific offensive skill, may greater than Rares if fight against “right” enemy.
4.Some buff may overcome other hi-rarity cards, but those cards also need buff too, it’s not problem.
5.Mainly add new skills, avoid to design pure-old type card, but never add skill that not appeared while this pack released.

Atlas needs to be buffed as he has been power creeped by Lord Halcyon. I would say -1 health and siege, which helps him stay competitive in the current meta.

Plague duster is too powerful. Your version is arguably better than Rifter, which has already been buffed.

IMO only rares & legendaries should be buffed . Preferably all pre HW sets and some of the earlier reward cards.

not sure, but i think it will never be balanced? in sealed tours every player starts with a diffrent card pool and it doesnt matter how much u gonna “balance” single cards,- some pools just arent able to hit 1% – so it’s not balanced.

nevertheless i think sealed is good… as every player could lucky draw and beeing able to hit 1%. experienced sealed players might have a small advantage bc they know good counter cards and synergies but that’s fair imo.

so in conclusion i dont understand the drama about “sealed balancing”.
i just would agree with removing cards which “guarantee” 1% like goliath does imo :|

Obviously not all draws allow 1%, even if your deckbuilding skill is very good. But balancing cards (including (un)commons) can balance draws so the difference between best-case and worst-case isn’t as high.

this is useless. whenever a few cards are buffed, they might be better then expected. i think the catch of gold/enclave is the fact that some cards gain value, and some lose it. every card has its value in a tourney. Sand Crawler(which i never see in any normal decks) has saved me dozens of times in gold, but mimic in mixed makes it more dangerous. Grinder is great if he can activate, and in enclave even he saved me couple of times. in gold he’s also less playable. the game is a bit luck based, but luck cant be banned in card games. some card will always be better then another card.

Card rebalance project : Nexus Pack

General idea:
1.All Vanilla(No skill) cards should be common, and the state should be a standard for other cards.(avoid to made Uncommons and Rares have high basic states.)
2.Rares should not have Faction specific offensive skill such as Strike Imperial 2 or Weaken All Raider 1. And also compare with meta.
3.Some Commons and Uncommons have strong Faction specific offensive skill, may greater than Rares if fight against “right” enemy.
4.Some buff may overcome other hi-rarity cards, but those cards also need buff too, it’s not problem.
5.Mainly add new skills, avoid to design pure-old type card, but never add skill that not appeared while this pack released.
