We would like to introduce a new reward program for bug reporting. Starting today, players that send in details that help us find exploits, gameplay bugs, and visual glitches will be rewarded with Salvage Points or War Bonds. The magnitude of the reward will depend on the scale of the bug and we will only be awarding reports that provide new information. However, feel free to send bug reports that may have already been reported, as it will help us get an idea of how widespread certain bugs are.
As always, you can [submit a ticket to support](https://support.synapsegames.com/) with relevant information.
Remember that it is important to include quality information when reporting an issue, with as much detail as possible. Here are some of the details we’re looking for when you submit:
- A clear description of the issue.
- What about the outcome is wrong.
- What the expected outcome is.
- If possible, steps to reproduce the issue.
- If they are helpful, screenshots of the effects of the issue.
- If relevant, information about the device and operating system you are playing on.

Anyone else think this will just result in piles of useless tickets that distract the devs from focusing on the legitimate ones?

For all those that can bag on this I don’t think this is warranted… This is awesome. We may be helping them out with their job but the fact that they will give us compensation is amazing. Good job devs way to give back to the community

also a good move.
Can we get the support ticket to issue some kind of confirmation like a ticket ID after we support a support ticket?

even with every analysis tool and double or triple checking code issues will still slip through eventually. so you need the support of the players act as that final net

I’m generally quiet here but I will admit this is a step in the right direction. I mean blaming raid on tuo was bad. I mean severely bad. However, this really restored some of my faith in the devs. Thank you for this. Please continue things like this and the community will pay you back ten fold.

well, i noticed today that the bug of the visual attack seems not fixed yet…
as I assume that a new client update is needed, if certain bugs are fixed please post them to prevent harassment…
question: i have 2 accounts at the moment, can i choose which account gets the bounty? my main could use the WB bounty, my alt the SP-bounty
ow… i almost forgot, I have used 4 browsers on this game, and each behaves different. so reporting the used browser can also help in some cases

Kudos on this one, step in a good direction.

It might be helpful to have a sticky known issues thread maintained by devs. I know there are times when updates are pending approval from app stores or are being investigated.

I recommend extending the rewards to further reports of a bug and rather scale the reward to the quality of the report than on earliness. That way you actually do create an incentive to get people do your work for you. Otherwise you’ll only get hastily put together vague descriptions. The people who actually would have the skills and patience to reproduce and locate the origin of a bug won’t bother, because it’s even more frustrating doing that when you know someone else got the WBs for “being first”.

Want to post a quick update here, we have already paid out two bounties for bugs reported (an Achievement issue and Guild Quests locking up the client) and are investigating another lead sent in by report.
Additionally, the bug causing Cards to enter the battlefield with increased attack has been found and will be fixed in an upcoming client release.

# Who said about 6 dailies at once?
Seems normal enough…
But after doing 2 pvps…

WAT
And if I touch any of them, they disappear. And I do another 2 battles, this happens again.
This occurs both in Web and android for me.
(submited a ticket, but I just couldn’t help share these screenshots.)

You cannot use TUO result here as I know, first screenshot seems to be before card play, there wouldn’t be any jammed card, unless the BGE is Jam n every x or something. I see nothing wrong there.
Turn1:Enemy play:Dreamhaunter
Turn2:play:Dune Runner
Turn3:Dreamhaunter activates, (enemy card played)
Daedalus Strike Dune Runner health – 1 (16)
Dreamhaunter Attacks, Dune Runner health – 13 (3)
Turn4:Dune Runner and its valor activates, it was Overloaded by Daedalus
Daedalus Strike Evaded by Dreamhaunter
Dune Runner Jams Dreamhaunter with Overloaded Jam.
It attacks Dreamhaunter health -10 (5)
Berserk activates, but nullified by Corrosive
Turn5:Daedalus Strike Dune Runner health – 1 (2)
Dreamhaunter is jammed
Turn6:Screenshot

Oh shit… really. Sorry, I was wrong. Thank you! I have removed my post due to the fact that it was wrong.

The commanders show up unupgraded in the Def deck and upgraded in the Attack deck. I guess this happens when the def deck was set before the commander was upgraded. I noticed it in the Guild-members section. When I attack them there the unupgraded commander appears in the fight. I wonder if this is also true for guildwars and such. Thanks for WB in advance!

**rich knows of bug**
Whilst you are in a battle, you have the ability to click on a card and its stats will come up as we are all aware of.
Now if you click the picture of the card itself while you are viewing the stats of the card, the _fuses from, fuses to_ message pops up at the bottom allowing players to exit matches as they please without having to lose.
Hope this helps and I hope I find warbonds in my inventory, thanks!

I found a new bug.
Your whole community.
Think I deserve a bit more than sp for that little doozy.
