It can be evaded

what about "on attacked" and "Tribute"?
"Entrap on attacked" will be tributed back, even if the "on attacked card" is in delay, as Entrap is passive?
"Rally on attacked" won't be tributed back, if the "on attacked card" or the "tribute card" is in delay?
But what about "Heal all on attacked"?

"on attacked" skills target the same targets than if they were not "on attacked".
Thus Entrap will target any assault (no restriction), so does its on attacked modifier (and thus will be tributed).
Rally targets any assault that can act your turn, thus on attacked targets only active and 1delay (for your next turn, the delay will be 0) non-jammed/sunder assaults. Tribute can only proc if both cards are targetable.
Heal targets non-full-hp cards, thus, can be tributed if the card with tribute and the card with on attacked have non-full-live

Damn sorry question wrong. It can be evaded. What i wanted to know is can you overload an on attacked skill?

Overload expires at the end of the overloaded unit's turn, so it's gone by the time on-attacked happens. It might be true that "on-attacked: overload all" could make the next unit's "on-attacked:strike all" get overloaded, but there is no "on-attacked:overload" yet (so the timing is impossible)

I'm working with another player and he noticed that archduke's on attack was not triggering when toxblade was played across from it. The only thing I could see was that stasis would prevent the damage and therefore negate the on attacked strike, which seems counter to the discussion in this forum entry. Anyone else have an idea?

Since the thread has been re-opened anyway, I noticed this part:

Unlike other skill modifiers, they can be Mimiced. I just tested it (Towercutter vs. Heigudo Strategist, On Attacked Rally gets Mimiced). Not sure whether that's a bug or a feature introduced at some later point.

That was an old description. Mimic was slightly updated last year:
