Adding Tracking Technologies.
These may be classified as miscellaneous, and including 2 technologies.

  1. Tracking Slot, each tech level add 1 slot, may be unlocked, like reactor, by each player’s 10lv. You start tracking a player by option from menu that pop up when you click his name from top right list;
  2. Tracking Power, this increase tracking range within same map and determined how high lvl the player above you that you are able to track. Starting range may be set as 30;

When you are tracking a player, the minimap will display this player’s mark(may be the slot number) when within the tracking range in the same map (exact same galaxy map if there are multiple galaxies). Optionally, higher tracking power may also provide extra info, like, which map the target currently located.

Make it possible to save different gem setups since many of us, i suppose, use different ships at the moment (for example all stock gems for trading, pvp setup, raiding setup) and make them changeable with one click rather then selecting them everytime one by one again and again

Add auto guild donation. Just make two slots in the donation screen for construction and capacity so you input a percentage number. Put in 15 and the game automatically takes 15% of all the uranium you earn from quests and drops and sends them to the guild.

also with guild donations it would be nice to be able to pick where the funds go from a raid, right now it all goes to construction and you have no say in the matter
maybe you could make a 3rd guild fund wallet called “bank” and have it so the guild leader can place it to either cap or construction as and when needed
this way everything put into the guild would just goto the bank and the guild leader would sort it from there maybe members with creator or admin rights could also sort it

add pick up lock on drops from bosses depending on dmg dealt to it by group. Right now it sux really – i killed boss alone, someone came and picked up half of my drops. So his “group” done 0% dmg, so he should have (5-5*0)sec delay on pickup, mine “group” done 100%, so i should have (5-5*1)sec delay on pickup

Could you please reprogram the button to enter guild headquarters for that when we are in guild headquarters it permits to leave it… Because at the moment, when you’re in, this button is only pleasant to look at.

with the pvp arena, when you click the auto pvp button that pops up, if you’re teleported to go pvp you should have your health restored to the max so we can be farming with out having to worry about our hp.

Also, safety mode shouldn’t have it so that you can auto-attack your own bases turrets as it does now.

An ingame mail notification (so if/when you are offline) of who destroyed your reactor/s and how much was lost/looted.

Regarding ingame messages/questnotifications:

It is just _far_too_much. Not only do players get far too big and flashy questnotifications, but also are they bothered by frequently returning messages about mission,arenafight proposals and research.

My thoughts of a solution (which is so much needed):

- One (small) button to open a mission-overview window, maybe with a small [!] on it when something new came up
- One (small) button to open a menu for arena fights, containing queue-timer, personal ranking and maybe some statistics/other interesting stuff
- So far, the research notification window on the right side opens up again when you change the region (galaxy to galaxy, or guild hq <→ galaxy). Please change that, when I closed it I don’t want to have it opened again without me wanting to.

In addition: please put the Uranium and Star counters next to the other resources – we all have only limited room on our screens.

Minor issue but still an annoyance: Make the “targeting square” encompass the entire monster. This is very apparent with the huge bosses but is also noticeable with some of the bigger monsters and sometimes with other players as well.

Honestly, a rework of the arena system is badly needed.

The bot has like all tech possible available, responds way to fast to all spawning items and adjusts his movement to the player’s far quickly.
Right now, it is a bad matchmaking (getting matched up with ppl +-10% of your own lvl is far from well thought through), the reward or penalty is not attached to the leveldifference and the bonus-items are just way to random – what are those good for?

So not going to do any arena fights anytime soon.

If this had not been mentioned before or elsewhere, the Guild Invasion reward (Uranium) should be assignable to HQ Construction or Guild Capacity by creator or admin. And guild invasion should not be a secret operation, it should be notified to public as XXX Guild invading YYY Guild, so that, for example, the (unofficially)allied guilds can help to defense (or invade).

second thought:
There may be a [defense guild] button beside [invade guild]. Players entered the guild by [defense] button cannot do damage to guild defense, and vice versa. And they are temporally team with the members of invaded guild (but currently there is a limit of team capacity), so they are green-name-text for easy identify, same for invading team respectively.
If a guild member started/joined a invasion, his guild mates cannot enter with [defense] button, similar for defending situation.
If there is no invasion on going(no hostile players left in the guild), [defense] button is disabled.

i like most of this except a see a problem with it
public announcement + defend button = mass pvp invite, all your going to end up with is every player intrested in pvp just hitting the defend or invade on the target guild and all hell is going to let loose
right now as it is you get enough random ppl joining the fight just by ppl talking about who is indaving who and when

having invastion publicly announced for now is a bad idea i think but also making the game evolve to accept alliances as a real thing should be looked into

a good thing for announcements would be just like freindly quest invites, as soon as a guild member hits invade the game throws out a “your guild is attacking xxx guild” just like it does when someone attacks your guild so your members know something has started and they can join in, to add to this with the new (when it happens) alliance system this notice should also go out to all ally guilds as well and have the “your HQ is under attack” also give out a “your ally’s HQ is under attack” with an aid defence button attached to it

lets go a little more with alliances (lets be honest its only a matter of time before they become fully intergrated into the game so lets give it a head start)
we need to be able to give uranium to other players or guilds, i know there is a world of ways to abuse this system but we have to take the good with the bad, this is needed, alliance guilds need funding to grow and other guilds cant keep moving members back and forth all the time to move money and if a player wants to join a guild that is at its cap but they are willing to pay for their spot the guild should not have to boot a member to let them in so they can do it
yes your gunna get scammers and theives all over the place but your also going to get guilds buying their freedom for a price and smaller guilds being able to band together and become stronger

Can you make bosses drop time capsules along with resources and uranium?
Of course, this will have to be accompanied by regulation of who gets how much (I support the group idea, group that damages the boss most gets more rewards). Just thought it would be more of an incentive to kill bosses, since higher level research takes ages to finish. It won’t be as efficient as paying stars to finish research, but it’ll still help.

Edit: on a related note, another suggestion:
Allow players to unlock more research slots for researching multiple things at the same time.

Big Boom: This is being abused by higher levels to PK out of their range.
I suggest having it affect those at level (or close 10%), “hostile” flagged ships, 20% range for enemy guild, and keep it as it is for your OWN guild. (Yes, allow you to blow up your own guild noob players)

Have a flag/circle on the map for where you last died (up to 3x or so) to help in recovering resources. Flag disappears when the resource bundle is either taken, or expires. (Possibly add research item for this, making it a skill, for 1, 2, 3, or 4 deaths, etc…

Add info on player who killed you/who you killed in a channel. Possibly also one filtered for mobs you killed (time, name, level, loc, and for players: guild)

Queuing research: I like the idea.
Flagging the map with the boss alert: nice.
Gem slot “setups”, again, a great idea: Need to have gems in stock, or equipped. Gem removed from setup if you drop below the required number.

First of all, I know of only one other player who has BB, and he has fun with blowing up RAD. I killed less than 10 newbies this way, most of them to test it. Second, my tag is [PK], what would you expect? :P And third, most important: it belongs to bugs category. 2 weeks ago BB did not penetrate shields, both newbies and stationary titania worms were immune. I’m almost sure it’s PvP rebalancing patch that gave all explosions shield penetration.

changes needed to missions

missions for gems

if you get a mission to find any gems you only get credit for it if the gem is of the right type AND OF LEVEL 0 FRAGMENT GRADE erm come on that cant be right can it

missions for quests

do a quest with 2 players, 3 players, 4 players, 5 players
yes thats all fine and great but other players dont want to waste their 5 quest credits with limited numbers so how about they change to AT LEAST 2 players, AT LEAST 3 players etc etc etc

missions cancel timers

this is a bit of an unknown area, nobody even knows just how long that timer is let alone how long a mission has left before you can cancel it, we know you can do time tracking so displaying a timer would be nice or better yet do away with it and just us just get rid of unwanted missions right away

also the skip text is still text, you did say you would make it a button for us but now i’m just being picky again

other changes

not sure how far along this is going but more and more unoffical alliances are forming it would be very nice if there was some way to have an alliance chat, i know you can have private chat’s and invite more friends to it so would it be possable to be able to invite whole guilds to a private chat so you could have 1 chat with multiple gulds in it – if needed remove galaxy chat for this, it is basicly useless neway

Here are some suggestions regarding the game:


1. Allow a custom mode for ships. In this custom mode, you should be able to configure over 30 items.
a)Chassis – The Chassis should have 10 points of configuration which add to HP and/or detract from speed. If you add in some heavy hull plating, you should be rewarded with high levels of HP but penalties towards speed. To make it easier on the ship design, you could allow for specific chassis to always have the same “in-game” look with only a color variance.

b)Engine – The engine should provide CPU, speed, and power towards the weapons. It should also have 10 points of configuration.


c)Weapons – The weapons ports should also have 10 points of configuration. You should be able to invest in buffing, attacking, or healing boosts for your weapons.

Make configuring the chassis, engine, and weapon ports actually change the physical appearance of the ship. You can also do a scaling system to where higher level ships allow for more points of configuration. So a high level chassis would allow for, say, 50 points and a low level chassis would allow for 10 points of configuration. Also, make the “boosts” that chassis offers, give more per point spent, at higher levels. Think of it like “improved hull plating” being a level 24 chassis you can get that offers 3000 more HP, if maxed, than the level 23 hull plating. That is just an example. But it would make leveling up mean a whole lot more in this game.

This customer mode would be in addition to the pre-made classes already available in the game. You can even take it a step further and just make a bunch of ship parts that have specific attributes (like CPU, HP, and attack) so you can put together your own ship and have many different types of configurations. I would love a Tank-Trader or a Support-Trader: would be a cool ship to make.

2. Also, do away with gems and replace them with different kinds of computer modules. That is purely sci-fi aesthetics.

3. Add in time capsules for boss drops. This has been suggested. Make the time capsules scale with the boss. Make the time capsules much higher than the in-galaxy time capsules making it worth while to kill bosses.

4. Remove the level restriction on getting XP from resources in lower level galaxies. The galaxies already spawn resources quickly enough so you don’t have to worry about higher level players taking all the resources from the lower level players. Also, allow higher level players to be able to pickup timecapsules in lower level galaxies. Again, it spawns quickly enough that you don’t have to worry about high level players taking all the time capsules. Some of you may ask why: because some players are not powerful enough to farm higher level galaxies like dedicated support healers and dedicated traders.

5. More to come if you guys (including Sublinet) like my ideas.

Dear Sublinet,

It’s unknown for me if this has been brought up already, but I have an issue regarding the quest rewards in G7. It’s not that major for me, but i think that some players might disagree with me.

I often get quests that requires me to kill a foe wich would take a lot of time and where the quests aren’t that rewarding as in G6. For example: The quests tells me to kill 36 level 50 monsters for a reward of 96k uranium or 2.2k experiance. Now this shouldn’t be a problem if the monster has 1 or 2k HP, but not when it has 40k hp and 2 of the 3 types are surrounded by his minions who each have 15k hp and respawn once killed. Now i assume that G7 is about teamplay so those monsters are easy to kill for anyone as long as they team up. But once a player gives the killing blow, the other player doesn’t get the kill where he/she assisted in counted towards his/her quest.

Plus the monsters don’t give that mutch uranium (around 1-1.5k a boss including his minions) wich would make players to farm G6 bosses to aquire uranium for the increasing costs of technologies/guildcap. The exp is good tho, you get around 2k each kill (including the minions)

So here some suggestions for G7:

- Make the monsters drop more uranium.
- Lower the amount needed to kill for the same reward or increase the reward.
- Make it able to count assists towards quests.
