Hi,I bought 200 credits … I wanted to take the offer of 300 DG for 200 credits but I am only access to 50 credits,how can i do?

I try to explain better:
I known this game with Kongregate, I can buy the DG of the game only exchanging with credits of the kongrate … there are various offers, but it makes me select only one,that of 75 DG for 50 credits, I need the offer of 300 DG to 200 credits … can you help me?

Having the same issue as many here. Fought Elite Boss about 10 times, last time, obviously, the exp was given, quest was completed, but no loot or chest and the UI didn’t respond. Had to refresh, apparently chat was still receiving My messages but not responding back to Me. I’m not sure of which heroic it was but it completed the quest “[Branch] Elite Ogre Bakar”. People are saying this is due to My net lagging. Even if this is true, this is a bug and needs to be fixed. A games UI should not stop responding, make a player lose their loot/chest, while allowing chat to receive user messages but not show the user responses.

Okay so, another issue just occurred. I was combining to upgrade boots and when I clicked combine nothing happened. I closed the refine interface, reopened it… All My materials are gone for that item, but My boots did not change in either level, color, nor kingdom. I guess I’m just out a scroll, 3 Beast Skins, 9 Elemental Cores, 18 Bright Gems, and a Kingdom Boot Scroll…

I even checked general chat to see if I might have accidentaly combined and upgraded a different set, item, ect. There was nothing.

If the bugs keep happening, I’m going to have to stop playing… It’s really frustrating to put time and effort into a game and have it bug out and you lose items that took you so much AP, let alone My time to get. I realize there are issues that are still being worked out, but at least you could look into these issues and give out some free elite gear/items to those having the same issues I am.

Updating the issue with refining, apparently this has something to do with the “lag glitch”. I reloaded the game and My equipment was upgraded and items were removed appropriately. Thought I would update, hope it helps figure out this “lag glitch”.

This is just a laugh. The bug that we cant buy more than 75dg at a time and NOT GET BONUS DG still exists.

I aren’t buying anything till you actually support ur game.

I bought Honor Point (6000) for 12 gold medals. I opened it, got the honor 6000, but the items stayed in my inventory.
Then i refreshed and the item was gone, so all good. then i bought another one (i needed 10k for new pals), this time i used it, but did not get honor, but the item was gone.
please help me. thank you

server 1 has been down for most of today and i can’t even find anything anywhere acknowledging that you know this and you’re working on it… any update on the situation would be appreciated

i wonder how this “big issue” will be handled…
so many people waiting for their profit from their bets, arena rewards today, stamina refreshal and so on…
better not f*ck this up :/

PS: The official DC2 homepage has currently S7-Otto Outpost listed as a “recommended server.” Can I get an Lol?

Ditto, cannot log into server 1.
Server 2 is perfectly fine, and would be fine if i had a toon on there, but i do dont, i have a toon on server one.
So, be nice when this gets fixed.. ta very much

we still can’t log into S1 – Otto Outpost via Kong…
come on, it’s almost been a day.
at least someone, gamemaster or moderator or whatever from the game creators or kongregate SAY SOMETHING.
say : “we are on it, we are doing our best to fix the problem”

still no news on the server first?but what the heck is this treatment!

I have to say this is a surprising situation where a server is off for nearly 24H without any announcement from officials.
As someone noticed, we don’t even know if it’s only Kongregate or the server itself that has a problem

If i had to be ironic, i would say that maybe there aren’t enough paying people on Kong for devs to come to warn us about the situation. I hope i’m wrong

Did anyone call or text them? I just saw phone numbers in game description.
