I don't think I can claim to be in "late game" (I'm more "mid game", maybe?), but I've got:
* 29.9M clones
* 20k CS from GP + a bit over 110k from CP
* 200k BS from GP + a bit over 110k from CP
* 95531 CP
* 1000 CC
* 3.465M total might (1.039M% bonus)
* highest P.Baal beaten is v67
* 65k light clones
* pets that are NOT unlocked yet are Black Hole, Chameleon, Corona, Coin, Turtle, and Undine
* 2.078M total growth across the pets that I have unlocked
* 23 evolved pets including 2 mages (bunny, red dragon), 4 assassins (camel, cat, chicken, penguin), 2 rogues (squirrel, rudolph), 3 supporters (fairy, frog, mouse), 2 defenders (dog, mole), 5 adventurers (chocobear, cupid, afky clone, eagle, pumpkin), 3 alchemists (bee, question, snake), and 2 blacksmiths (crab, donut)
* 3 dungeon team slots unlocked (haven't saved up for the ChP one) but I don't always keep them active - side note: I haven't tried anything depth 2 yet (I only feel comfortable putting them through depth 1 at difficulty 3 or 4 when I do send them out.)
* pet dungeon levels are in the high 30s for most of my dungeon pets (I think one pet just barely hit 40 today) - this is the one thing holding me back from unlocking UBv4s (need 8 pets of specific classes with all of them having over 50 dungeon levels)
* pet gear is still T1 junk on the ones that actually have anything at all (I haven't done enough here (heck, I only just barely got a second blacksmith evolved a couple days ago))
* challenges that are maxed are UUC, MMC, BHC, UPC, CPC, DRC, GSC, and PBC
* other challenge progress: 10/50 AAC, 10/25 TMC, 25/50 PMC, 1/20 1KBHC, 5/10 UBV2C, 10/21 NDMC, 5/20 SDC, 35/50 NDC, 30/40 1KC, 1/20 NRC, 2/50 UBC, and I haven't done any Overflow, NRDC, CBC, UAC, or UCC.
* day challenge records (although it's been a while since I last ran any of these): 25 in DBC, 144572 in DUC, 164.768M in DPC, 11251 in DMC, and 17.346M in DNDC

Hmm, yes... I've personally preferred PMC over AAC myself when trying to see how high I can climb the P.Baals (although my reasoning there was that in the PMCs I have completed so far I was finishing each of those faster than each AAC can be completed (it's like a day or two compared to three days, or something like that)), but you've already finished your PMCs and you're past halfway done on your AACs...
I suppose that technically while a lot of the challenges can be completed rather quickly if your stats are strong enough, a lot of them could be dragged out quite a bit if you're going to be more laid-back about them or if you take them on too early...
Take the TMC, for example. The ideal strategy for efficient clears will involve something along the lines of spamming might-unlock length rebirths for the free levels from DRC (plus maybe a few minutes actually leveling but the exact time depends on number of clones and the bonus from 1KC) but if you really wanted to you could just sit in long rebirths to let the levels trickle in from regular leveling.
UPC is dealt with most efficiently by sending pets on 1 hour item campaigns, but if you really wanted to you could just wait it out with 12 hour campaigns.
As I understand it the NRDC is like a UPC but it uses defeats of pet dungeon bosses to scale up the pets' power instead of using campaigns. So the most efficient way in those would be to do dungeon rooms of exactly the right length for the boss of whichever depth you can handle, but if you really wanted to you could just send them in for 12 hours at a time and have it take longer since you're not getting as many bosses in that time as you would otherwise be able to get.
In a UBV2C the early runs won't be much different from however hard it normally is for you to defeat all of the UBv2s but each next run makes them a bit tougher for the rest of your UBV2C runs and you may want to spend more time on the relevant Mights before you fight them. So a run of that challenge can be dragged out pretty easily.
CPC relies on a regular schedule of rebirths to complete them efficiently. If you don't rebirth as often you're going to earn CP slower, since the lower grades are easier / cheaper to make than the later grades.
SDC asks for more and more levels of whichever spacedim element it's asking for as you complete more of them, and if you don't have enough light clones it can take a while to wait for it to make enough of them.
Anyway...
As I understand it, we're both pretty much going to need a lot more UBC clears to make it easier to climb to P.Baals 60 and higher with less effort.
It's either that or you just stop rebirthing entirely for a while. Consistent kills of all UBv1s when they respawn can push you past one more P.Baal every... I forget how long. Something like 2 or 3 or 4 days. And however long it was, you can keep going at that pace for as long as you're willing to remain in the same rebirth.
"Treasure Chest"? You mean Pandora's Box? Yeah... The box's evo condition is one of the insane ones. P.Baal v66 within a DBC. That means that you have to get there from a DRC-like start. In less than 24 hours. I really doubt that it can be possible without having the UBC reward maxed. And even then it'd probably still take stronger stats than I've got. (Not that I can consider that evo yet myself anyway. I do not have 2k iron bars.)
EDIT: You've seen this image that's been floating around, right?

Man it hits home how far behind I let myself get with pet dungeon / evo / equipment whenever I see someone with stats like that.
Anyway...
I suppose a question to ask might be how much time you spend actively messing around with the game when you do get a chance to spend some time with it. (Like are we talking something along the lines of only being able to take a couple minutes to restart dungeons / crafting / campaigns before you go AFK again or are we talking something more along the lines of having a few hours to actively mess around with it before you go AFK again?)
I'm just thinking about some of the "multi reset" challenges like the NDC and 1KC here, and how I'd want to get at least a few quick climbing rebirths into them before leaving them to sit AFK for half a day. I wouldn't want to start one and then massively stall its pace by sitting in every rebirth for half a day. You might get one or two of them done each day if you can get a good start on them before going AFK. And I'm guessing that dragging out each individual rebirth for half a day might lead to each run taking more than a day to complete.
You might as well go for NRC if you're going to have very limited active time before you leave it AFK again.
Have you considered NRDC yet? If your dungeon teams are dealing with D3 content then you would get a lot more progress from half-day dungeon runs than I would if I were to try it with my wimpy little teams that are still working on D1 content.
Also, in the "normal" challenges the SDC is very much a "sit and wait" challenge that requires very little setup / active play. Especially if you can rebirth into it strong enough to finger flick to the relevant P.Baal instantly. Just need to dump every light clone you've got into whichever spacedim element it asks for and wait for it to fill up. (1st run asks for 100 levels in 1st element, 2nd run asks for 200 levels in 2nd element, 3rd run asks for 300 levels in 3rd element, etc.)
Having your 1KC and NRC finished can help to make your PMC easier to deal with. So you can level the relevant Might abilities for the UBv2s faster and so you can fight regular UBs more often. Of course, it will just take longer and be more of a "sit and wait" challenge without the help of other challenge rewards.
Getting through any number of your NDMC could be something that may have to wait until you can find time to play more actively for a more signficiant chunk of time. That one doesn't necessarily AFK that well.
