Get off your damn high horse, pal. The Ascension patch notes very clearly states 5 times +/- until after 3 million. Until those rules state otherwise this is considered a bug that needs to be fixed.

On a different angle to this complaint: I can’t send a defending hero to another player outside of the 5x fame limit. If the fame limit is intentionally lifted for any part of PvP then it needs to be lifted for all parts.

So I’m running Lion+Chrome for this game and everything’s going well until I log into one of the servers. I get the background with the castle and the guy on the left that says “loading,” but then the guy and the “loading” disappear and all I’m left with is the castle background. No prompts, anything I can click on, etc. Maybe I’m just being stupid, but what can I do?

Does this game work on mac at all anymore?

same problem as Sunrunner, can’t get it to work in any browser.

1) All the rewards are wrong, there is not ONE damn task that gives you what it said it would give you.

1) Snail.
2) Open and close shop twice.
3)Pointless.

Some people cheated to get level 10 forges which has broken the game. Unless you are a very very big spender, its pointless to play or collect any of those.

There is no guide. Snail can’t write one for the obvious reason that they don’t speak English, and none of the active players care enough about the game anymore to keep the http://heroesofgaia.wikia.com up to date.
As for your questions: gems are brandnew, so I don’t know what they do; points are what you use to buy stuff in the shop; silver coins are used to buy VIP-Levels (see the button in the top left corner of the screen) or to open Ocean’s treasure chest etc.; you buy points with real $$$ and can earn silver coins from daily quests and from betting on capital fights. (This list is incomplete, I haven’t played in months.)

I thank you both very much for your answers. It seems to me that things haven’t changed much since i left the game a year ago, and maybe they are worse today than they were before…i see people complaining about bugs and cheaters everywhere. Maybe it wasn’t such a great idea to start with another account…after barely 24 hours I already found a lot of good reasons to leave this game alone. It seems to me like this game is still broken, in a lot of ways. I’ll pass again I think…Snail doesn’t care that much for this game.

The game is rather buggy:
1) Badges do not register.

2) The seeding for random numbers is off, and troop loss seems to be calculated on
an individual basis. So you can lose all your troops or gain them all back rather then
just 100%. (Yes, I am not counting the 100% days).

3) The GM response maybe polite or non existent, but problems are not corrected.
Had troops disappearing, and had a skill go from 10 to 0. It took 2 weeks to research
to that level of skill. A friend requested a glitched card to be removed form inventory
and valuable rare gems were deleted instead. The card is still in inventory.

I was enjoying the game until the bugs started wiping out the effort I was making.

My suggestion: do not spend any money or a large amount of time on this game, there is a good chance a bug or glitch will wipe out your work or spent.

The same bugs and glitches listed in the forums still appear in the game.

although I do have a theory on why the badges are not registering, I have not gotten a response from the game GMs.

Severely disappointed by the game.

wtf? Do you retards never look at the comments, game chat or forum before posting?? This is a SNAILGAME. SnailGame are a truely terrible company that have no Customer service what so ever. If you asked any active player they would tell you this. Do you really expect them to do aything?

Once i have an ID and i had 54K fame but 1day the server names chage and my ID and castle has gone would that happen again to my current ID?

and many times i can’t play heroes of gaia ( i play from kong ) inside kong window ie said " the internet explorer can’t display the webpage " it’s almost everyday so i’m quite inactive now and also i’m afraid i might get kicked of my current guild

You can get 54k fame in one day. What you are talking about is the server merge; your account moved from one server to another to save snail money. And lastly, don’t play without internet conection or during maintainance. Thats just not gona work.

Being a paying customer doesn’t give you any type of VIP status, preferential treatment or even entitle you to be recognized and/or acknowledged more so than a non paying customer. If anything, I believe the exact opposite is in effect.

The game has some serious problems. Some in which many of us have known for quite a long time now. Snail knows this and you know this. And Snail knows that you know this. And yet, despite their being major bugs, glitches and what not, things we are all pretty much aware of, people continue to pour money into this game.

In short, whether the game works at hundred percent of 50 percent, their is little to no initiative for anyone in the Snail department to fix these things. Why would they bother? They know they’re gonna get your money regardless of how the game works.

I don’t fault people for spending money on this game. It’s your money, do whatever the hell you want with it. But when you knowingly spend money on a faulty product, don’t be surprised when you don’t receive quality service when said product goes haywire.
