The current server maintenance delay is caused by us having to manually reset accounts and as a result we will not be offering free account resets anymore beginning from today. In the future, our account resets will follow other MMORPG conventions and require a number of Points as manual labor is required. Renaming will be the same.
If you want to experience a new race, you can conquer that race’s castle and build its units and structures.
If you want to begin all over again, you can simply open an account on a new server, of which there should be a number of for Kongregate in the near future.
