My second castle disappeared.

(First of all sorry for my bad english.)

My second castle disappeared from the map right after an update in the last friday(11/13).

I can still see some information of this castle, like the name of the castle, the castellan, units and resources, but I can’t access him because he’s not in the map anymore and the icon in the main castle also disappeared.
I didn’t try to dispatch, transport or abandon the castle because I’m afraid that my Hero and/or units and resources can also disappear in the process.
The location of this castle was: X2627 Y2508.

I already reported this problem to a GM(in the saturday – 11/14) and I also sent a message to Hegemony(Kong account – in 11/16), the GM told me that they would fix this problem as soon as possible(5 days has been passed and nothing) and I didn’t receive any reply from Hegemony so far(today is 11/19).
It has been passed almost a week and nothing was fixed.
Can anyone from the snail staff tell me if this problem is really going to be fixed?
If yes, when?

Like I said before, I’m without my second castle for almost a week, and this is really starting to “damage” my game.

The exact same thing happened to me, only it was this morning. Has anyone else seen this or heard about it? I’d like to actually use the damn thing.

That is about as game-breaking as a bug can be. I really hope they get this fixed quickly for you. They should really compensate you with a bunch of lucky boxes/keys or something.

Try to talk with SnailGame when he is online in the kong chat, he might help you.

yeah i had this same issue too. talked to a gm who said NOT to abandon it and send an email to snailgame and they would restore it asap. Several days went by and no reply. Finally went back to the help window got another gm who failed then finally an hour later got ahold of GM006 who i will say right now is pretty damn amazing and seems to be the only one who understands english.

He looked up my castle took down the stats etc and told me to abandon the castle and retake a new one and he would restore it to what it was before. Only thing that kept me from getting it done real quick was the fact that my second castle was 2 hours away from my original so it could be grouped up with the guild. Now im just waiting for him to be working again so he can do his thing.

I tried to finish up what we were doing with another gm, 007 iirc who didnt seem to understand a thing i was saying. Tried to explain what happened so he could just finish up where 006 and I left off but nothing came of it after half an hour so i gave up and asked when 006 would be on again. Didnt understand me enough to answer that just kept saying he wasnt here.

I beat my second castle with 55 seconds left on the clock, it then gave me the message to say i’d won and so i went and deleted my messages like i do after every battle. I thne realised it had not given me my second castle…

I lost my best lvl 28 hero with 300k force with her!!!!! during the last server upgrade

Driven it has been said many times that during server maintenance heros that are not in your castle may disssapear.

Hossy you can win the battle and not take over the castle. You have to kill every monster in the castle to take it over.

My hero was never outside castle during maintenance!!!!!!!!!
