Okay… Suggestions for sequels would be appreciated… I suggest a sandbox, level editor, tower creator, and some how make a MMO platform…

An option for towers: such as less firing frequency in exchange for longer range. This would be useful for towers placed back a bit, especially near the gems.
By level editor, do you mean to have a random level as a possibility?
We all have constant interruptions. A pause button would be nice. Being able to save in the middle of a level could be a great help, at times.
If you click on menu or help it pauses.
