We're sorry for all the frustrations this has caused, we have an update almost ready, we plan to push it first thing Friday morning (after noon UTC time). It should fix any hearts that haven't been autogenerating and a few other issues we've been working to clear up.
If you are a player that has consistantly experienced some Kitties not auto-generating hearts even though their favorite craft is past level 1 - We would be so appreciative if you helped us track this one down.
Send us an email support@sadpandastudios.com with your SPSID from the settings screen(gear at top right of the screen), and we'll work together to stamp this one out.

i cant play the game at all anymore since the last update. A screen loads with no tasks or kitties and 9999 taiyaki for 10 seconds or so and then the whole thing crashes

Hi,
This sounds like your browser didn't load the latest updates. Try clearing your cache of "files and images" you don't need to clear the history/passwords/cookies.
This should force the game to download the new updates and fix this issue.

I'm really sorry that you're having this issue, I know how frustrating it can be.
I was able to look into your saves and I made a modification to it that might have fixed this for you - could you try again?
If it's still not working...
In an attempt to preserve privacy, I try not to discuss player's games in the open forum - if you would send us an email with a description of this issue and your Kongregate ID, we can go over a few different things to get this working for you. We still have backups of your game right up to Feb 17, 2019 - none of your data is lost. If we can get past the loading issue, you can resume playing where you left off.

Game will open back to the same point of time when closed and reopened.
I'm no longer able to make any progress. I always save before closing the game, so I know it's not just me closing without the game saving.
Every time I open the game, it opens back to a specific moment in my game so I'm not able to progress. I'm positive that it resets to my previous progress because the kities I have out change and I loose progress on leveling the upgrade bonus on kities.
I'm also only able to collect the first day of the login bonus because of the reset. Please help!

This happens when you have the game running on more than one browser tab. Each game is it's own instance - so if you have 2 tabs running at the same time, you go and make a bunch of progress on 1 game and save it - then close it. Now the other game is still running and it doesn't have the progress you just made, the game without progress is now the most recent game - and gets auto-saved to the cloud. The next time you open the game up in a new tab, it will load the most recent auto-save which is the one without progress.
Is there a chance you played the game on another device? and it might still be running on it? If so - double check that, and close it down. Any instance of the game running on any device could cause this save-conflict. If you make sure all the instances of the game are shut down, then run it on 1 tab - test and see if this is still happening.
The other way this issue happens, is if you have changed the time on your computer clock. If you change the time to the future and the game auto-saves, it will timestamp this game with a future date. Because the game always loads the save with the latest timestamp, once you set the clock back - no matter how many times you save your current game, the 'older' game with the 'later' timestamp will always load first.

Thank you for the response. I had changed my computer clock for another game. I must of had the game open at the time.

Not sure it's a bug or what, but for me log-in bonus was reset twice already in the last week.
I play only one instance fo the game, in one browser, and I didn't change computer clock, so that is not the issue.
However, both times game stopped with error message related to adds (I guess, since second time same message appeared in Realm Grinder, which is another game I play on Kongregate), more specifically warning about unsafe phishing sites. Might be that Chrome giving falce positives or maybe some ads cause this, though I have pop-ups blocked and ad-blocker installed (unblocking for vewing ads from time to time to get bonuses).
Usually I save game before closing but those times, obviously, I was unable to do so. And after closing the browser and reopening the game I didn't lost any progress in-game (at least nothing that I would notice) but both times I got "extra" log-in bonus for the first day (and both times I was more than 3 days in with daily logins and both times I've already got appropriate bonus for this day before reset happens).
Not the biggest issue but quite annoying - I was looking forwart to time tokens and a basket...

Because Kongregate is quite Ad-heavy, running any ad-blockers while trying to play games can have unpredictable results. We recommend turning them off when you are playing games on Kongregate to avoid issues like this.

Ummm... Have to point (I guess I didn't make it clear at first) that both times it happend while ad-block was actually turned off.
And yes, I know how heavy Kong can be on the ads, especially animated ones - them considerably slowing my browser was the reason for installing ad-blocker on top of inner Chrome filters in the first place.
But again - issue happend not when ad-blocker was on but when I turned it off to get bonuses for watching ads (often they don't work while blocker is running, so...). And not right away but after some time, so I guess some sort of ad was to blame.
My issue is not with ads per se and not with game hanging because of them or some other reason but with daily log-in bonus resetting as a result of that.

I think I fixed this for you - check now and see if you have day 5 again? If not, I apologize - we'll check into this next week and see what could have caused it.One thing to be cautious of, is running the game in 2 tabs at once(or on 2 devices) by accident. This probably isn't something you did, but it's a good thing to watch for when odd things happen.

Today I got that above stated bug, after my normal daily claim, the reopening of the game sent me to day1 claim :( It would also be nice if we get info on recent patches/updates in the proper kong update info tab.

My daughter played this game on my computer and no matter what I do, even after I log out and back into Kongregate it is stuck in her kitty Catsanova game and I can't log into mine

Cant play at all since yesterday. Edge and Firefox both give me this error: "Out of memory. If you are the developer of this content, try allocating more memory to your WebGL build in the WebGL player settings"

Chrome still works fine... I know FF has problems with flash (maybe there's an updait again?), can't say anything about Edge.

@KeeperOfMonsters: Every other game works just fine, on both Edge and FF, so i doubt its flash. But yeah, FF and Flash seem to have some ongoing little private war. xD Should have mentioned that every other game works.
And what i found that is a common problem that only the developer can solve. So yeah, i really really hope i can play again soon.

For the 2nd time in 3 days my daily rewards have been reset and I have to start over on day 1, I got the reward for 2nd day this morning and now a few hours later I log in again and I get the reward for day 1 again.
