Could you try rebooting your computer first, just to free up all your RAM. Then after rebooting, open the game in 1 browser window and see if it loads? Firefox typically uses less memory than Chrome to run Kitty, it should be easier to run there. If it doesn't give you the error when running by itself, it could be that you need to manage the amount of RAM your computer(how many things you have open at once) is using at the same time as Kitty Catsanova(without knowing what your computer specs are, this is just a guess - sorry). If it's still giving you this error when running all by itself, would you please email us support@sadpandastudios.com with your SPSID from the "settings" screen and a description of this issue, one of our support staff will help you get it working again. ~Sad Panda QA

After the second to last update the heart generation bug is somewhat fixed. However, I noticed each day when I first log in, the hearts stop autogenerating. Looks like its related to daily login reward(a guess on my side), but I cant be sure. Good thing is, unlike before, you dont need to remove/add the kittens to fix it but lose cat progress. Simple refresh fixes it. Still would be good if this bug is looked into, since it could have other implications I have not discovered yet.

If you would send us an email support@sadpandastudios.com with your SPID from the Settings screen, we can work through a few other ideas that may be causing this without having 2 windows open at the same time.

Another bug: When I save the game and close the tab, kitty heart accumulation stops and won't restart unless I put the kitty away and take it out again. Also as far as I can tell since you took away the ability to purchase the big baskets with Taiyaki, there is no longer a way to win the game without gambling money.

Thanks for the bug report. There are ways to get Catbells in the game. As more features are implemented, there will be more ways to get Catbells in the game. With more Catbells, players will be able to purchase all the baskets without gambling money.

The heart generation bug I stated above is still existing with v.0.113.1. On daily login some of the cats dont get autogenerated hearts. Refresh fixes it, so at least no need to remove/add the cats.

The update did not fix my issue with the WebGL, the game still freezes and the error message is also still always the same: "Out of memory. If you are the developer of this content, try allocating more memory to your WebGL build in the WebGL player settings"

Idk if it just happens to me, but everytime I F5 the game or just exit and re-enter, I come back to a previous save, even If I manually saved before, help pls I don't want to do everything again over and over.

Dont know if its relevant, but the start screen in firefox looks different to edge. In firefox i see a striped background, in egde its just pink. Still cant get past that screen anyway. :(

Hearts that I earn don't seem to be counting towards my level up.

I don't know if this is a bug or not, but just in case I'll put this here: for the past three days I've had no ad available for anything in the game, no baskets, no 2x gainings, no taiyaki, no boost, no nothing, which is really weird because, until now, ads had always been available.

Not sure if this is a bug on my end or what, but I haven't been able to load the game at all for the past two days. It gets to the loading screen where it says 'Kitty Catsonova' and then waits for 5-10 seconds, and then flash just crashes. I'm running a fully updated version of Chrome on a Windows 10 computer. I've turned off all my extensions with the same result, and I tried clearing my cache as well. No dice. Any suggestions?

The ad availability is something controlled through Kongregate and is reliant on their pool of available ads. We are currently working on a solution that should help players receive these rewards regardless of the ad availability. Disable any ad-blockers you might have installed. 2. Delete the "files and images" from your browser cache. You don't need to clear the history/passwords/cookies, just "images and files". If it's still not loading, could you press ctrl-shift-j and then reload the tab, you should see a bunch of text in the console as the game loads, if you copy that and send it to us in an email support@sadpandastudios.com along with a description of this issue, we can see if there's a different issue preventing you from getting into the game. ~Sad Panda QA

Hello, so my game keeps resetting everytime I either refresh or leave Kong. My daily reward repeats itself, all crafts and dates are in the exact same place it was when I logged in and money is exactly the same and I've tried napping, saving the game and refreshing and playing for a little while but it always goes back to the exact same progress area and I don't want to have to do a full reset and lose all my progress to fix it, can anyone help me?(sorry if this is poorly formatted I've never had to report a bug before)

The game will always load the newest locally saved version of itself. If you change your clock ahead by a few days, the game will save with that timestamp. Then when you change your clock back - your game now has a timestamp in the future. Everytime you refresh your tab, the game will reload the newest version - which would be the one saved in the 'future'. Once real time catches up to the future time it was saved at - the game will put a current timestamp on it and will continue as normal. ~Sad Panda QA

Hi, The daily rewards reset at 12:00AM UTC time --> https://time.is/UTC This is independant of DST, although if you are in an area that observes DST, you will notice that the Daily reset time is different before/after switching. Every day, when you log in - the daily reward increments by 1 day. However, should you miss a day - it resets back to day 1. If you are careful to log in/save at lease once during the UTC 24hr day, your dailies should keep incrementing. It is a good idea to save the game, also make some player-action changes. Spend some money, turn a job/craft on or off - level up a Kitty. Any of these actions should trigger an auto-save, making sure your progress is being updated. ~Sad Panda QA

The ads can be finiky and when I get the "read story click button" the layout for that will sometimes load up to be taller than my actual screen without the required button in sight. I got a bit smart and ctrl -'ed my way out to see if the continue button was hidden at the very bottom- and I can say that it was not on the layout period. (I would include a screenshot but kong wants a link, and I'm not savvy enough to really understand what I'm doing on that front)

Not sure what happened. It was working just fine yesterday. Closed computer down. Opened computer up fresh with kitty in chrome and it looks like it's going to work gives me a kitty catsanova screen and then all I get is a gray page with a dead face on it... I see a bunch of messages about: tag.min.js:14 Cross-Origin Read Blocking (CORB) blocked cross-origin response https://metrics-collector.s-onetag.com/metrics with MIME type application/json. See https://www.chromestatus.com/feature/5629709824032768 for more details. Don't know if that's related or not. I can send the full console log to somewhere if you want.
