Some people are dumb but skilled. So your definitions of easy and hard are subjective.
Easiest badge is not actually on “You Have to Burn the Rope” The easiest badge is actually in “Understanding Games: Episode 1” because it requires little to no action on the behalf of the player, takes less than 2 minutes, and most of it can just be skipped with spacebar.

Wow, this beats YHTBTR by a mile! :D
I don’t really think there’s an ‘easiest’ achievement as a bunch of achievement _can_ be earned without putting in any effort. For example, upgrade games such as launch games. Obviously it’ll be faster if you do put in effort, but you could just mindlessly shoot the character over and over and upgrade stuff until you get a badge.
As for the most difficult badge… the Tarnation hard and impossible badges come to mind. They’re supposedly walkthroughable, but I haven’t been able to get either. Given, I haven’t really tried for the hard badge yet, but people say it’s more difficult than the impossible badge. I must’ve tried to get the imp at least 25 times by now using a walkthrough. Then again, of course, it’s relative. There are some badges I haven’t even tried getting at all, like the Zunderfury imp.
