The KongreGadget Thread

Hello all!
We’re happy to annouce that we just released a new game: The KongreGadget


We know the logo isn’t great, so try to design a better one here!

It contains a plethora of things for you to do while chatting on Kongregate – you can watch YouTube, listen to music, video chat with your friends, design a new avatar, play solitaire, and much more!

This thread is for posting ideas, suggestions, bugs, or anything you want about it.
We’d love to here ideas for new apps for all of you, as we want The KongreGadget to contain what you want. We’d also love ideas for the Charity of the Month.

You also can share user content you have created. Here is an example playlist.

Nice, hmm game? Or app? Still I like it!
What about upgrade of player?
Things I would like to see:

• ability to scrobble tracks to last.fm profile
• lists of songs based on last.fm info:

1. most popular songs of chosen artist
2. list of albums by artist
3. search by tags

• album cover + info
  And maybe some other things!

P.S. I was disappointed when I saw Bible app, but no calculator in tools tab ;) And some converters would be nice too!

You’re correct, a calculator is almost a must have. We will make that an immediate priority. What was dissapointing about the Bible app? Would you like a larger text size (you can change it now!)? And thank you for the suggestions regarding the playlist and playlist creator. Those seems like solid ideas and we will look into them.

That’s pretty awesome! It’s like an Idle Chat game, but with handy apps.

Yeah, that “game” is really handy, and it’s not even finished… I think this could beat all gadgets on Kong when it will be finished! :)

BTW, I still couldn’t crack what’s the matter with the low rating, but I think that it’s botted… I mean, all those comments about how great it is, and even Zshadow said it’s awesome, and it’s only 3.49 stars? Okay, it’s not finished yet, but it’s not a reason to rate it so badly! sighs Hope that that botting will end soon!

i know that it probably would be illegal to inmpement the following suggestion, but can you please check?:
comics. there are a lot of good comics out there and maybe some of the better ones could be viewed on your app?

Yes, that game is pretty awesome! I really liked the Badge statistics. c;

I got 206 milliseconds in the Reaction Tester. :D

Great app :) I like the feature where you can see your earned/unearned badges.

So we’ve added some new features recently!
These include a notepad app, a basic google search app, and a Kongregate Forum search app!

We also added a calculator app a little while ago.

Hi, I was just wondering does anybody know the name of that charity that comes around with those fake santas around the December holidays? I heard they had record low donations this year and was wondering if they could be Charity of the Month. Sorry I forgot the name.

Is there volume control for the playlist. It would be nice to be able to hear people broadcasting in video chat and still listen to the music.

Bumping to get that shit of the front page.

Ideas:
-Support for fullscreen on youtube app
-More themes for the windows
-a sort of programming language to make your own programs
