Probably League of Legends, funnily enough.
Even though it has severely limited gameplay, I still enjoy it somewhat.

I’ve got a few in different categories!
fps: GunZ The Duel (twitch-action mmofps [developed by MIET Entertainment])
MMORPG: Maplestory (Fantasy roll-playing game [developed by WIZET])
RTS: This is a tough one, but I end with the Age of Empires series. Namely Age of Empires II Age of Kings.
Best game of all time I’ve played would have to be GunZ!

Probably Men of War, the possibilities offered by the editor are endless, not to mention there are a ton of mods which add new units, vehicles and weapons, some even convert it totally (by making the setting modern or in WWI, for example) and if you’re bored of the campaign and want to play a skirmish type game because MoW doesn’t have SP skirmish scenarios, you can download the Dynamic Campaign Generator for endless fun. The explosions and fire effects are gorgeous, some “secret” things are quite amusing, like being able to destroy a loaded Sturmtiger by shooting an AP shell in the barrel or being able to set alight molotov armed soldiers by shooting the molotov cocktails out of their hands. The direct control feature is also very well done, and is sometimes required because the AI doesn’t do long range engagements very well.
For me, it is perfection.

Well there’s TF2. And then Elder Scrolls 3-5. And Fallout 3/NV
I play too many PC games to choose a single favorite.

Probably Dungeons and Dragons Online. Still enjoying that after nearly 6 years.
Been enjoying the roguelike genre a lot more recently as well. Been spending a lot of time in Tales of Maj’Eyal recently.

Love that game.
I’ll probably have to say Starcraft though. That game made my childhood.

Bard’s Story / Wilderness
The Bard’s Story and Wilderness are two conventional pc role-playing games which are also very appropriate for netbooks. They have hugely low system specifications, being almost 20 years old. But don’t be fooled, these are strong games with strong articles. You will be dependent to the story lines and in-depth personality growth. Before Diablo, there were RPGs such as these which provided me a lot of time of fun on the PC.
