1. armored only. (provided you can create at least a grade 4 right away. otherwise, normal)
2. anger waves untill the armor level is only half your minimum damage.
3. anger with the grade that gives the most mana increase/wave…see below.
grade 1: at least 12.5 managain/monster
grade2: at least 21.5 managain/monster
grade 3: at least 42.5 managain/monster
basically, the change in cost/grade divided by the change in monsters summoned/grade.
