# The Codex of Alchemical Engineering Complete Walkthrough All 15 Levels

22 posts

Here is a walkthrough of every level for The Codex of Alchemical Engineering. I still advise you to try to solve every level on your own. Also thanks to porcupine we now have a link to the music score : [http://www.jamendo.com/en/album/4383/](http://www.jamendo.com/en/album/4383/) It was posted by the composer, so there shouldn’t be any problems with piracy laws. Some of the solutions given were found in the comments. I’ve tried to find everyone who made them but most of them I could not. If you are the creator of one of the solutions here send me a shout or a whisper on my profile or track me down at bleachers and I’ll add you in. Please be sure to tell me what about pages to look for the comment and which solution was yours. I’ve repeatedly tested each solution and they all work. However I recommend that you turn off chat and the music as well as close any other programs you have running if you have any problems. Solution to #4 is definitely missing something. It is probably much more complex than need be, but here is what I got for 4: b,9,10;b,3,10;m,10,13,0,2,clorww;m,7,10,90,2,cdloru;m,9,7,180,2,orrrcr;m,2,8,180,1,rorrcr;m,4,13,180,2,rolwwc;m,3,7,0,2,clllol;m,2,4,180,1,lclorr;m,4,2,0,1,lllclo; number thirteen is broken for me. four arms seem to lose thier programming for some reason… number 14 is broken. left middle arm lost programming, therefore causing 2 atoms to hit eachother. it isn’t the only arm that lost it’s programming. We have near perfectly efficient solutions in the first thread about the Codex. Your solutions are inelegant and inefficient. You guys all know to turn off chat and sound right? The lost program problem is caused by the game itself. If you lag during a sequence the programmed actions on that sequence get skipped. There is nothing I can do about it other then optimize the solutions. Also if you have a better solution post it and i’ll put it up. Ill recheck all the solutions again to make absolutly SURE that they work. And about the “first” thread the threads were posted within minutes of each other. In fact the first thread was posted while i was making this one, so theres no need to rip my throat out [http://www.kongregate.com/forums/3/topics/31039](http://www.kongregate.com/forums/3/topics/31039) update: posted the complete level 4 solution checked level 14 verified a problem in level 13 working on solution Level 5: t,8,13;c,10,10;b,5,13;m,6,6,0,2,drcrruor;m,6,10,0,2,rjcdllorru;m,3,13,0,2,djllcrrowwwwwwwwww;m,10,13,0,2,clldrluuodrrwwwwww; nice job clare. :D Ok everyone a new level has been added and its the hardest yet. have fun and post your solutions :D I’m hard at work at mine. Ok i got a solution to level 15 up. I got a solution for 13. A whooping 234 symbols, a period of full 18 cycles. Its a beast of a machine c,5,13;b,4,9;b,1,5;b,12,5;c,9,13;b,9,9;m,3,13,180,1,cllorrwwwwwwwwwwww;m,13,9,90,3,wwcdroluwwwwwwwwww;m,11,13,0,1,crrollwwwwwwwwwwww;m,1,9,90,3,wwcdloruwwwwwwwwww;m,5,11,90,1,wwwcllorrwwwwwwwww;m,9,11,90,1,wwwwcrrollwwwwwwww;m,9,5,90,3,wwwwwwwc2dloruwwww;m,5,5,90,3,wwwwwwc1dr1wlu1oww;m,1,3,270,1,wwcllorrcllorrwwww;m,13,3,270,1,wwwcrrollwwwwwwwww;m,7,9,270,1,rloulwwwwwwwwwwcdr;m,7,5,90,1,wwcrru1odrrwwwwwww;m,10,5,90,1,lwwwwwwwwwwcruuodd; Atoms are colliding in the level 6… something’s missing… I’m going to make a cleaner thread with better solutions. Edit: [here it is](http://www.kongregate.com/forums/3/topics/31992) 1. is not working 1. is not working level 9 is not working ehm, would you mind explaining the symbols… even dont understand lvl 1, I know how to do it, but what does m,7,8,90,3,crro mean? It’s the solution code you copy and paste into the “Load” feature of the game.
