Did a bit of start tweaking to bring the 4 paths up to similar speeds.

Also I just looked at the 56 move M05 solution, mine is nothing like it. It’s quite chaotic.

Bit of a bump for an old topic, but I’m still playing it, and have a new manipulator record of 7 (to beat the previous 8) on Pillar of Unity. 77 symbols, 263 time and 7 manipulators.

I have a sneaky feeling that 6 might be possible though.

Hey folks, I finally shaved the last cycle off Vertigris – now it takes only 29 cycles, faster than nihilisz’ solution on the highscore table! Here it goes:

Sal Ammoniac – it’s one of the first levels, but even they can still be optimized ! The solution is highly unstable in the sense that it will break down soon after cycle 15, but produces the first five compounds without errors. And it’s one cycle faster than the solution on the highscore-board while using fewer symbols :)

The trick is four production lines that are loaded as soon as possible, the first line is used twice. The other three cannot be reset fast enough but there is no need to, as they’re only used once…

02: Sal Ammoniac – 57 15 2 7 (unstable) 11
