MU probably is the letter “μ” or “M”, 13th letter of the greek alphabet but with a numerical value of 40. [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mu\_%28letter%29](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mu_%28letter%29)
There’s a digital camera manufactured by “Olympus corporation”!

Maybe because Urania was associated with astronomy and people in ancient times used the stars to navigate?

Riddle 2
So thalie and uranie are the french names of two mithological goddesses from ancient greece…maybe it helps
|
|

I doubt it will be useful (most likely someone noticed it so far), but any ideas why telnet strings from #2 ([for those who forgot](http://pastebin.com/ZP1QB5Er)) end with “=[lower-case letter]”? It’s like characters before that make up for some code.

Well we tried to aply any possible kind of cipher decoding but found nothing useful :/

Solution of riddle 2:
- First, shout-out to Siderite for all his work, especially for this intriguing first line #00
- And to ErikCorry for:
> OK kids, listen up
> [19:21] First byte decoded is 37
> [19:21] key char on first line is “c”
> [19:21] xor those together you get “T”
> [19:21] Now check the other version of the data
> [19:22] First byte is 26
> [19:22] key char on first line of old data is “r”
> [19:22] Xor them together you get “T”
- The only useful data is line #00, and the sequence of letters after all the =’s
- Line #00, after base64-decoding, has 100 bytes, and the sequence of letters has also 100 bytes. XOR them.
- ASCII result is “The password for the riddle is magical followed by the 5th letter of the alphabet and the number six”

Finally, thanks to a amazing breakthrough made by ErikCorry, Arcanmster finally unlocked the very last riddle !
You can now go on [http://mu.studiocime.com](http://mu.studiocime.com) to see what was underneath! Again, congratulation to all!
Stay tuned.

Wow, I was thinking today when I came from work I would try to only use the first row and the last column, but … I didn’t. Story of my life, stopping right before the finish line :) GG, Arcanmaster!

And for all people which want a quick solution of how its done, this time in java:
`
import com.sun.xml.internal.messaging.saaj.util.Base64;
public class riddle2 {
public static void main(String[] args) {
byte[] line0 = Base64
.base64Decode(
“Nx0LVRwCHBwPFgsWUA0LBEwDDwFPHQYNEwkPSBAFWhgSFx8XAx1KHAkVFgoODgZTGw1WHAEPR00ODUIVBBwcBANQHQRXAgIAVBALHQoWBBYHQwQLF0cZCw9LFBcOBwIKTQIIDQ=c”)
.getBytes(); // line 0 from telnet
byte[] ends = (“cunulcooxyyrpkdvlwgdoooiwejhyvzuspvtbqjzfyzeykbsytvhijgxzebyahhaqprbwvjetqgmbwfssceesgmcjkzbcegxmqau”)
.getBytes(); // all end line chars, they are the key
char[] decoded = new char[line0.length];
for (int i = 0; i < line0.length – 1; i++) {
decoded[i] = (char) (line0[i] ^ ends[i]);
}
System.out.println(String.valueOf(decoded));
}
}

I don’t know. We can never be sure… There was always some noise at each step.
