Cave Story?

It was nominated in Nintendo Power for best wiiware game of 09 so I assumed it would come out this week but I guess not. Does anyone when it IS coming out?

The computer version I played recently was sweet, should probably change my Kong avatar to something similarly themed, probably.

Gotta get the Wiiware version when its out, they have really taken their time with it, though.

Same here. I’m gonna do a review on it for my intro programming class soon.

wiiware one is out(Like a year ago maybe)and it has high graphics on everything and new music.you can also look up unlockables that are codes you put in before you say start.go to IGN.com for more details. also whats happening is that there were 3ds’s that were made with a 3d slider thing and specific games were needed for 3ds only.CS 3d just came out, and its really high quality. NO PIXELS! and on top of all that,you can put it in 3d! there is also original which is your ol’ big pixel quote and original storyline,which inquires that the 3d with awesome looking quote has a slightly changed storyline but i dont know of it.im saving up money for 5 bucks a week(Well,im 9,so im lucky i have an allowance at all)and cave story 3D is like 30 or 40 bucks.right now i have about 15-20 dollars so im progressing slowly.
By the way, before i forget and end the post,cave story 3d has COMPLETELY AND UTTERLY CHANGED MUSIC!this music is pretty awesome too. but the last battle theme is a bit quiet.so what i do is i look up on youtube(the kongretube thing)and i look up cave story last battle theme,then click on pc+3ds or pc+wiiware then i click suggestions then i click on the picture with 3 quotes,the one from cave story 3d, the original cave story quote,and the wiiware quote.its called last battle theme 3ds+pc+wiiware or something like that.i listen to it for fun.its really awesome.

i bought cavestory 3ds, simply from reccomendations of the original version (never having actually played it) and i loved it, cave story is a really great game. there are a number of problems with it (eg needing a guide to get the good ending) but dispite this its still 5/5 from me.

i still havent beat ballos…

The 3ds cave story looks sweet…. but the background is better in the past versions.I love Cave Story just wish there were more things to do.. like more weapons,power ups,enemies.The game is good but I think something is lacking I liked in Cave Story+ they changed the graphics and added the wind fortress and Curly Mode but I think someone has to go beyond THAT!A sequel to Cave Story is most likely but a prequel showing what happend many years ago during the original war for the demon crown is even more positive to happen in my opinion.
