Possible Kongai Girl Solution?

Ok, ok, ok, I know their are a bazillion topics on here about this but too bad. Sorry if someone has already proposed this, but i was thinking about what if each character had an “alternate costume” which would have the female characters actually wearing clothes. These would not be separate characters. The costume one player sees could be different than the costume his/her opponent sees. There could be a menu where the player chooses the outfit he/she wants to see for each character. This way if someone didn’t like topless anime girls they wouldn’t have to see topless anime girls, and the people who are into that stuff could still see what they are into. Kongai is one of my favorite games, but I just feel emberessed ( I know I can’t spell) playing it. Thanks for reading!

Let me see if I understand, Zer0mus. You wouldn’t find it embarrassing to play a “ninjas vs. pirates vs. vampires” game that took itself seriously enough to portray the ninjas and pirates and vampires in a realistic and dignified style, but do find it embarrassing to play a game which self-consciously invokes as many silly stereotypes as it can. Is that correct?

I guess I agree with zelda_lover: there’s nothing wrong with having extra options, but I’d rather the developers spend their time finishing the expansion rather than spend it drawing burqas for all the female characters.

Hey i know a topless girl when i see one…those kongai girls are just clearly showing off their talents and distracting their opponents during battle. It happens in real life, get over it, lol. I want to play the game a whole lot more because the girls are sexy as. Why are you embarrassed playing it? Its not hentai…

I agree with ThirdParty that finishing the expansion is more important; however, I just don’t see any harm in trying to appeal to more people. If your a huge fan of anime tities, the new addition wouldn’t affect you at all. Also, to shed some light on the reason why I oppose these fake fun bags is as follows: I don’t find things that I cannot interact with sexy ( no, clicking does not count), I don’t want anyone who sees me playing Kongai to get the wrong idea about me, most of the people I hang out with think ninjas vs. pirates vs. vampires is fine but might think I’m a little. . . different when they see the girls, I have made fun of a multitude of people for talking about such things in the past ( people I’ve met in real life, not people on Kong), to try and appeal Kongai to more people, and because I’m bored =\. This isn’t the most important issue to deal with, but it is still an issue. Have a good day.

None of the girls are really topless. But the people who are making these the cards sure as hell aren’t female. How about this compromise, keep your giant breasted woman cards but create some bare chested hunk cards. That way either no one can get offended or everyone can. And I really have to reiterate what Slipstream said, please stop making these sweeping and mostly wrong generalizations about each other guys.
