Which is best? Saints Row 2 or Grand Theft Auto IV? How and why?
I’d say Saints Row 2 on PS3 cuz of gud graffics. Saints Row 2 has waaaayyyy betta graffics than Grand Theft Auto IV!!!

i would have to say SR2 because it has more fun things to do in it other than GTA 4 but i like both games but i would have to give the edge to SR2 and what’s with volition taking out online gangs?

Saints Row 2:
1. the missions aren’t all “Drive here, Kill him.” They have variety.
2. The cheats are AWESOME! From a UFO to low gravity, be huge, be small, SR2 has it all.
3. Infinite ammo WITHOUT cheats! You can unlock it.
4. Deep character and vehicle customization.
5. Fast cars, unrealistic handling. that makes it better because you’re not sliding around everywhere.
6. Easily get over 100 hours of gameplay. There’s a lot to do in Stilwater.
7. Side-missions like racing, hitman, streaking (XD), and even car surfing.
8. YES.
Grand Theft Auto IV:
1. Very realistic. Too realistic.
2. “Go here, Kill him/them.”
3. wanna turn? Too bad. you can slide.
4. Half of the game is tutorials.
5. Fly off of bikes going five miles an hour.
6. Jump off of a two-story building and you’re screwed.
7. Gets boring Two-three hours in to the game.
8. NO.
Saints Row 2 is the smart choice. Much more fun than GTA4. Believe me. I have both.

You actually played the game, if you’d had, you’d know that the game will actually take complete control of the game during several moments in the main story, and almost the entire duration of the drug trafficing side thingy…
I dunno the stiffness of the driving controls, unlockable cheats which cannot be turned off (balance), horrible friendly AI, and crappy character/story line really make this game a let down…

GTA IV for the realism.
More SR2 for the lulz in it.

I think this topic would be better for the “General Gaming” section.

So you’re complaining the game has cutscenes.

You haven’t seen cutscenes until you’ve played MSG4. Man, some of those were near 90 minutes.

Actually has gameplay? Are you kidding me? The missions are kill this, take that, blow this up. I like Saints Row 2 but GTA has lots of missions, good cheats if your into that stuff, and far better story and gameplay.

I don’t think so….Too realistic? I was talking to one of the gamestop employees yestarday when i was buying armyof 2 40 day (awesome) and he said the one game he wouldnt want anyone to get a hold of (because it was #1 a very inapropriate game (he said it was worse than GTA) and was too realistic) was Saints row 2. I have played both for hours on end and i still think that saints row is a 8/10 and GTA is a 10/10 (multiplayer is better too)
