dose enyone know how long is borderlands

Depends on if you’re with friends or playing solo, as the game scales, making fights a bit longer when you’re in a group.

“Rushing” solo, and I put that lightly because all I really did was use the map a lot, and doing all side quests, I clocked about 21 hours for Playthrough 1, if I recall? With 4 friends, I would expect maybe a few more hours of gametime.

Depends on if you take your time to do the sidequests and explore a bit. I, personally, never ran from an encounter (either died or won), have done all the sidequests up to my story point (I make a note to do all the sidequests before proceeding to the main story mission I’m on) and finding claptraps. I also make frequent stops to change, sell, or buy gear. I’m also constantly opening everything I find.

I’m about 27 hours in on my main (and maybe 4 hours combined play time of my other two characters), and I’m level 32 out of 50, and from what I can tell, maybe 3/4 or 4/5 of the game. A pretty long game, and you’ll want to play through a second time with your main to get to level 50 and get some better loot. You’ll probably want to explore other classes, more than likely putting a good fifteen more hours into starting an account with the other three characters.

In a nutshell:
If you ‘rush’ and only do one playthrough with one character, maybe ten hours?

If you are determined and do two playthroughs with each class to get to level 50 with each, you could have a full 140 hours or so into the game (I figure 35 for each character, maybe?).

…Or anywhere between that depending on how much of a completionist you are. ;)

After finishing the game solo (soldier) I can say I have no desire at all to get to level 50 or try other classes. It’s a pretty good game, but playing solo is only worth 1 play through imo. I can see how it might be much more fun with a group of 4 playing co-op though.
