Call Of Duty: Modern Warfare 2

Me and my friend went to the midnight launch and got it, we got back and were a little to drunk to play it. Next day we wake up, start playing it from about 1pm till about 12 midnight. We have completed every Special op mission on Veteran (3 stars) and there are just two left, one which is easy with patience, and the other almost seeming impossible.

The point of this thread is to ask for help on the ‘High Explosives’ mission.
Best tactics to use against the Juggernauts, best places to camp or run to etc.
The best we got was down to the last three and have never gotten to that point again.

It seems as though one person running to the small house with one door and one window near the ammo create at the spawn point seems the easiest so far, as you can just juggle them, but we can’t take on three at once with it, it just seems impossible. We both keep forgetting to use flashes when needed, we just run away like chickens =/

Please give some advise on what to do. Three – Four shots = Downed.

The other one was the Wetworks level. We only tried once, after faling it on the last room we decided it was to long and to just move on to the High Explosives mission. Which we have now tried at least 30 times.

I lost my xbox when my brother went to college, but anyway, I played at 3pm-7am then a 3 hour sleep, and then 10am-2pm. Taking about a 10min break every half hour, Almost prestiged :3

Anyway,

You seem to have some good spots, you just need to remember to flash, and as soon as you get, ONE BULLET, dont run, Prone. Unless your facing like a bajillion people in a barren wasteland.

Also dont forget to Run ahead, as if you stay in one spot, they will keep spawning and you will just be repeating a process

Out of interest, has anyone managed to shoot down an AC-130 or Pave Low in online multiplayer?

because whenever I shoot at them with the stinger they just throw out chaff and I miss.

I shot down a Pave Low earlier today, and I saw someone shoot down an AC-130 today as well. So yes.

this call of duty just takes forever to rank up im only level 40 i dont play it constantly but im good at it

Saddler, I missed your posting ^_ Well Whenever we move around, we always seem to get shot down on the way, trying to get to the ammo crate once in a while isn’t as easy as it sounds after you kill like four of them. And the Claymore never gets chance to be used apart from maybe at the start. But next time I play it with him, I will remind us both to use flashes more often.

I think you’d need a lot of missles to kill an AC-130. As for the Pave Low, samw with it, because its heavily armored.

An AC-130 takes three missiles to take it down because the airship has three sets of flares. And people aren’t using Chopper Gunner as much as they used to because people realized that it only takes one shot to take that down.

They can only do that once, so just fire a second time, it’s very easy

Yes, it is possible.

The AC-130 has two flares so it takes two people or you need to shoot at it with your launcher and then die. If you shoot at the AC-130 with your primary weapon, it sometimes lets off a flare although you can only damage it with a launcher. This helps as then you will be able to destroy it on your own or with 1 life.

i love the game and online is awesome for ps3 and story mode is good

Got it for Christmas along with a 360, got online on New Year’s Eve, I am level 40 and have logged just over a day on the game (yeah, I’m sad).

It’s frankly amazing, even if I am pathetic at it. I love the ARs (Tar-21 and FAMAS are just goldy) and it can be fun to sometimes just use a knife only class or a quickscoping class and go nuts.

I love this game! I have it for my PS3. I bet it in so little time though! The museum and 2 player is fun! Also, online is very cool but 2 many ppl and your deeeeeeeead. I like quarry level and am level 28 for multiplayer. Also, my brother says the Ninja perk is cheating and I’m all what the fudge?? Do you believe me or him?
