Frontier: How to 'capture' a city?

Dec 19, 2009 10:20am Hibikime 6 posts Flag Post	Current quest: The city of Pia has been taken by the Buccaneers. Many men were lost and the citizens are under constant threat of danger. Take the city back by capturing it. So my question is how to do it, thanks. <3
