Not sure why, but I’ve always loved female names that end with an “A”.

I thought most names that end with A are female… Or at least more often than not.

I just noticed that Joshua is the only male name I can think of that ends with A, might as well just say I like most names that end with A. Nikita, Sasha, Kira, Kayla.

Sasha can be used both male and female.

I like the names Claire, Molly, Annie because the only friends I’ve had who were female were those. I don’t have much friends in total. And I really liked my friend Molly but I had to move away so I guess I’ll just immortalize that name as my favorite.

And apparently Misha is a nickname for Mikhail in Russia, which is Michael.

The name I choose depends on the character. You won’t see me name a white character Tyrone. Also, I haven’t been active because ive not.

Me and my friends stumbled upon that one time and found it hilarious, for some reason, AJ tried to summon Tyrone.

I use Mark and Vinyl for most RPs I join, does anyone else use the same names in RPs?

I haven’t played too many yet and it might be corny, but I pick my names based on their sounds and meanings. As for a name that I’m biased towards, I’ve always had a liking towards the name “Alex” for some reason.

I like anime and manga, and my understanding of the Japanese language is better than many, so I occasionally like to give my RP characters some Japanese ancestry. Hence, I like names that are valid in both English and Japanese romaji. Since Japanese names end in either a vowel or “n”, there aren’t many Japanese names that also work in English; most of them should be female names since many female names end in A, a vowel. Rina (りな) is one such name. Sara (さら) is another, but I specifically cannot spell it as “Sarah” otherwise it won’t be proper romaji. I suppose Marisa (まりさ) is another, though I haven’t used it before.

Before I came to Canada and learned English (i.e. when I was mostly an immature retard), I mostly messed around with Chinese fantasy. You know, wuxia and stuff. But at least Japanese stuff has lots of English translations and such. Chinese… it feels too radically different from Western fantasy, too segregated. I can mix Japanese with Western, but not Chinese.

Anime and manga is the best thing since sliced bread with marmalade.

I seem to lean towards uncommon or nonexistent names in much the same fashion as Final Fantasy games. I also seem to overuse the string of letters that is ‘ae.’

Not sure what to make of that at all though, I don’t have an in-depth analysis of everything, after all.

I don’t even like sliced bread that much. I’ve practically lost all touch with Chinese culture now, but I still eat Chinese food mostly every day. If anime and manga is the best thing since rice, then I guess yeah.
