However, the United States government intervenes stating that if Italy attacks Vatican City, the United States will defend it. Not wanting to go up against one of the world’s most powerful nations, Italy backs down with nothing but a few thinly-veiled threats towards the USA.

I wish to make an empire without bloodshed. My surrounding nations aren’t making it easy. Belarus and Ukraine will probably willingly eventually become a state of Russia, but the others….

Why else would the ONLY thing you did increase your troops? EXPLAIN YOURSELF! You already had more than sufficient troops for defense, and America defending you!

I wish to make a world where it is both impractical and unprofitable to wage war. Russia, If I am invaded, will you defend me, if i promise to do the same?

Why are we discussing in the Auxiliary thread?

No. I believe war is necessarily in some areas. I will defend those as I see fit.
