I’ve colored in the relevant countries in the Balkan War in their respective major player’s color.
Oh yeah, also a wild nation has appeared! I just now noticed that this map was made before 2006 (I think that was when the breakup happened) and so Serbia and Montenegro are not separate on the map. I rectified this error.

Hum… well, would any other nations like to join the IDC/Covenant? Again, this request is targeted at unallied European and African nations specifically, although anyone is welcome to join.

To Point 1, I guess nobody wants to discuss anything.

Yes, let’s do that… by making more requests for unallied nations to join the Covenant/IDC. PC and NPC. Anyone, anyone?

So, certain members of the IDC/Covenant have made very bold actions. Kenya has invaded Somalia, but I’ll let those negotiations happen between you and the UCEAN for now.
However, SACCN will not tolerate the unprovoked invasion of Zimbabwe by a country who’s government has been overthrown and is now run by insane dictatorial generals. Zambia is to leave Zimbabwe now, or suffer immediate consequences. I will not take no for an answer here.
As for the situation in Sudan, I am more willing to negotiate. I would like to take this to PMs and negotiate this along with both Sudanese nations.

Mauritius, Comoros, and Seychelles join.

Zambia does not seek to harm Zimbabwe, rather save it from corruption and oppression! Zambia has done no wrong, and if Brazil decides to take unfortunate measures it will ask its allies and the international community to assist.

The occupation of Somalian territory by Kenya is unacceptable. However, it is similarly unacceptable that Somalian rebels are attacking sovereign countries outside of Somalia.
I feel that, in some ways, this is a repeat of the Vietnam incident of years past. Rebel groups within Somalia are attempting to form their own governments and lashing out at one another and even foreigners in order to do so; and Kenya is simply trying to bring peace to its unstable neighbor. This could also be seen as a mirror of the incident in Papua New Guinea, a conflict which has only just been fully concluded with the end of the reparations that Indonesia had been offered as recompense.
Now, the issue lies not in identifying the underlying problems – which I have already done – but in remedying them. Somalia has long been a target for stabilization within the UCAEN, perhaps my largest internal concern for the past few quarters. However, the war in the Balkans had taken up much of my attention, regrettably forestalling my ability to support the Somalian government.
This is to change immediately. The UCAEN joint task force will move into Somalia and use the methods successfully demonstrated in Caucasus to root out all violent rebels and to protect both Somalia and its neighbors from harm. We will also begin negotiations with benign governments within Somalia. Hopefully the fragmented governmental organizations existing within Somalia will peacefully allow the Somalian government to take power; those which do not will be quelled by force.
To Kenya, then, I ask only the following: please have your armies withdrawn by the time the UCAEN joint task force arrives to relieve them in their noble quest to reunite a broken nation.

Just so everyone knows, I only made the bunkers because I thought that if you think you’re going to be nuked it’s already probably too late.

So, how about that thing about some Muslims trying to get out of UCAEN and UCAEN trying to make them stay, huh?
[Also I’m not passing opinion I’m just trying to get some diplomacy going]
I wonder what the IDC/Covenant thinks about it. HINT HINT.

I can’t speak for any of the other members, but I’m more concerned with the Zambian rebels in the DRC.
Although, truth be told, I’m actually surprised that it took this long for some Muslims to try and push for independence.
EDIT: I’m even more surprised that UCAEN was able to unite as many Muslim states as they did.

Of all the things you could be talking about – the terrorists in the DRC, the military buildup by the IDC/Covenant, Italy’s operations in space, and now the UCAEN’s involvement on the moon – you choose my almost-inconsequential (on the large scale) political struggle within the former M-COW? I won’t dodge the subject, but I see no reason we should be discussing it.
If we must discuss the political problem posed by the Muslim Independence Group, I would like to start by refuting your introduction onto the topic. Yes, those attempting to provoke dissent and secessionist sympathy are Muslims, but they do not represent the majority of the Muslim population, nor the Islamic governments that make up a significant proportion of UCAEN member-states. They, for the most part, are strongly supportive of our great alliance, and I see no weakening of the United Coalition of Afro-Eurasion Nations in the near future. We began as a union, and as a union we shall end; there will be no fragmentation.
In addition, I see no reason that the IDC/Covenant’s thoughts on the matter should be significant. They are our primary rival in Asia, and we have had rather violent exchanges in the past, but I think that on the whole we are making a cooperative effort to maintain world stability. China and I, in particular, have cooperated in the past to find a peaceful solution to many conflicts that have plagued our respective alliances, including World War III and the Balkan War.
In any case, if any state decides to secede from the UCAEN, we will not try to “make them stay”. We will of course make all possible efforts to show them that remaining a part of our noble union is the best course of action available, but we would take no forceful action against them unless they posed a threat to other member-states who had not yet made such a decision.
Any hostility that you may have detected in my above statements is due to personal issues unrelated to world affairs, and I would like to apologize for it now, before it potentially sparks any conflict with my contemporaries.
However, I do see a more important matter that warrants discussion: where will the IRDC focus its next project? I would like to suggest that it begin collecting samples of endangered and threatened species for further study, and perhaps cloning. After the environmental attacks conducted in the DRC recently, I believe that this is a major issue warranting major attention, and personally believe that as it is an international concern, the three major alliances (the AAN, the IDC/Covenant, and the UCAEN) should each contribute a significant sum to speed up research and development into this issue. A catalog of endangered species and the ability to clone at least one male and one female of every one of them would benefit all of us for centuries to come. I would argue that it would be the most important international project ever undertaken.
