That is government owned property, nobody may interact with it, they cant attack, raid, or move in that territory.

So how do we get it BACK?

Once the government is done with it, they will hand it back over, but who knows when they will be done with it, next round, once sombody dies, round 21, never, guess you will have to find out :3

You can’t move those 40 units to East Yulk, there is no safe path for the units. You could if you were truced or allianced with Ivalice though
