Patriot Bomber does 200 to each enemy and another 300 to the 50 hp barrier as I believe the 200 + the 150 each kills both dolphins, and destroying that barrier.

Once per dolphin. All other attacks are potentially direct ones.

That’s what the patriot bomber’s precision strike does, deals 200 damage to everything then another 300 to target. Anyways.

So either way you killed both of my dolphins and my weakened delta complex? That’s it, right?

Right.

I killed the one on 50 hp left so not really weakend. the other one is on full hp.

I unlocked it for 165 VP. I upgraded all of my original Dark Altars for 35 VP. I mean that the entire upgrade cost for the Dark Altars is 35 VP, not 35 VP each. So, yes, I do have enough VPs. Me and Developous talked it over already, if you’re wondering.
