Right, I can’t summon up the willpower to write up an RP.

Prussian Precis

  • Open diplomatic relations with Iguarnis, and attempt to peacefully annex them. Their current leader would get a position in the Prussian Ministry, as did the leaders of Phyaagra and the Phyrexian Complex, and none of their people will die in the invasion, for we will simply assimilate their army into our own.
  • If they refuse, invade them with everything we have (a very considerable army, if I may say so) and annex them by force. Hopefully a few soldiers will defect and make our efforts easier; either way, we shall crush them with our superior forces.

Kiweena

Kiweena explained how the hazcorps basis is chemical warfare and how she had obtaind those default breathing devices. Despising the propaganda, she had discovered a key plan in the hazmaticans, discovering that they intend to make the same disaster happen on the planet again. Apparently, with a justified reason: To keep the resources of the planet away from others so they could re-develop advanced spacefaring technologies then use the supplies.

Then, surprisingly enough, she asked you about your knowledge of the artefact buildings, discovering, due to a potential trade, that BOTH sides knew about the artefact buildings. No doubt, because the hazcorps were the original society to be up here in the citadels. But this left a question: Why didn’t they take action until now?

You may rp kiweena here out. She is a JAG Sentinal.

She even gave advanced technical data about their forces, abilities, and equipments in their main base.

Iquarnis

Apparently, they have relationships with the hazcorps. Their decision will befall with who offers the better deal ensuring their survival, but they will only accept ONE offer from each side then decide who they will support.

Audian

“We have surveyed the area. Apparently, the base is heavily fortified and has a high garrison of marines plus well outfitted aquatic forces. Signs indicate that it may be connected to the first hydroponics citadel as well, but has limted but important access to the hydration faculities according to our guestimates.”

Message to Iguarnis

The Prussian Empire will make to you the same promises that it made to Phyrexia, and you will attain the same privileges as Phyrexia and Phyaagra upon annexation. The full offer being made is as follows:

  • Your current ruler will be made a Minister within the Prussian Ministry. His/her job will be to represent the interests of his/her home province, in this case Iguarnis. If we annex you by force, you will also get a representative, but we will assign him/her as we see fit instead of allowing your current ruler any power.
  • You receive the protection of the Prussian Army. We will defend you to the best of our abilities and continually work to make the Prussian Empire, and along with it Iguarnis, a great world power – the greatest world power, if possible.
  • Your army as it stands currently will be assimilated into the Prussian Army. None of your soldiers will die; nobody has to die if you join the Prussian Empire by choice.

Should you refuse, we fully intend to invade your citadel and take over by force. Because we have issued this warning, we will not be influenced by any Hazmatic presence, and will drive their forces out if necessary.

Message to Hazmatica

Any political activity involving Iguarnis beyond diplomacy – including military presence in its citadel, trade agreements, and annexation – will be considered an act of war against the Prussian Empire and will be treated as such. We wish to deal with this incident diplomatically; there is no reason to go to war unless you turn this situation into one.

Non-Empire Hazmatica Contract

  • We delegate no leadership in our orginization. The goal of our forces is to liberate all the artefact sites in a hopes to keep the promised land from being obtained, due to our desire to establish spaceflight technologies. Only by denying the promised land can we obtain this, thus keeping those resources from the wrong organizations.
  • In agreement for your cooperation, we will provide you with hazmat equipments so you can withstand the fumigation of your base. Needless to say, this measure will, at the least, grant you a major defensive advantage over other empires. Further, we will send our immolators to coordinate major labor coordination advantages that will potentially improve your capabilities notably.
  • We WILL NOT force you to any decisions involving forcing your support in the first place. Part of our ways is to oppose control and authority as we came from a ruthless regime that well taught us what slavery meant in the first place.

Should you refuse our offer, we will respect your decision in that matter, hoping one day to earn your trust and respect. We can give no guarantees of protection unless you agree to these terms, however, so consider carefully any such deals.

[For the record, I thought it prudent to post up the current Prussian Ministry, which is basically a list of people involved in the government of the Prussian Empire that I intend to RP. Kiweena is included because of the important knowledge that she holds and thus her use as a strategist (because she knows the secrets of Hazmatica) and a tactician (because she is an elite soldier and thus has been made a Prussian officer).

Also, yes: not everyone has a name. Some of them might eventually get names, but only the ones that I RP heavily, because unless I am writing from their perspective there’s no real need to give them a name. Names soon develop into back-stories that I don’t always feel like inventing and keeping track of for minor characters.]

    Kiweena

Kiweena warned about one specific ability they have in their arsenal. A special skill that lets them infinitely advance their job efficiency. Basicly, an ‘unlimited’ skill. Then she went on to explain a special secret. Hidden areas. Sometimes the obvious places were not the path to promethius, but areas they don’t even realize exist. She led some forces to the ‘tower’ and revealed a special device. Suddenly, a new location opened, linked to the tower and phyrexian complex:

    Palmira Terminus #1
Explanation: There is several ‘levels’ to the floating citadel. First is the underground, then the rising zones, then the base level. After that is the high-altitude level. To reach such, one MUST find a palmira terminus. But beware as the air is notably thinner up there, and we will need to find ‘ventilation’ citadels to change that situation. But… there are even higher floors in achieving promethius.
Bio: The first of the palmira terminuses. This terminus is one of the more direct passages save one other towards promethius, but this path is also the most riddled with deadly traps as well.

    Known Links: Phyrexian Complex, Phyaagra

She explained that it was likely they would seek this access point up. She also explained that they knew of ALL the citadels in the first place, but not when and/or how to unlock most of them anymore, as those records had been lost. Finally, she warned that the advanced phyrexian unit was only a champion, just as she was only a high-tier recruit on the base level. There were 2 more classes up: Elite, and Masters. And believe me, you were definitely not ready for a master presently. Heck, let alone an elite.

    Iquarnis

They made their decision. They would join “Hazmatica”. Not only did they show some caution and efficiency, but the opressive regime of the prussians was too strict, so it seemed. They had forced liberation, and that proved to them that they were not worthy of their support, even if it meant their deaths. Notifying both sides, they did one last thing to both sides, revealing their assetts:

    Units:
Blade Sentinal – Generates 12 here. Just the usual sword weilding recruit.
    Numbers: 35
Vector Marbis – 2 every 3 days. A special biomorphic being that is skilled in defeating other champions, and even some elites. Cannot shapeshift, but their physicals are said to be very unstable indeed… However, this is a rather illicit being to most officials due to how volatile it is.
    Numbers: 2
Elite Sentinal – Yields 2 per day. One of the best baseline security forces, and deadly efficient versus large groups of baseline forces.
    Numbers: 3
Palmira Hunter – Yields 3 per day. Skilled in finding the palmira terminuses and weilding heavy firearms plus armaments.
Numbers: 5 (defected to the prussians)
    Abilities:
Chemitology – A copy of the hazmatican’s chemical ability, including time.
(for others, all it does is improve their awarness of the chemical warfare ability and helps them to overcome it)
Ballistics – Takes 6 days. Weilding such weapons will be much easier and better than usual.
Surveilance – Takes 3 days. Improves your ability to locate secret citadels. May repeatedly use.
Industrialism – Takes 8 days here. Garrison this unit to improve product yields by 25%
    Inventory:
Katanas – Generates 8 per day here. Preferred weapon for stealth and ninja forces.
    Stock: 65
    Hi-Explosives – Generates 4 per day. BOOOM!
    Stock: 15
Ballistics Cannon – Generates 3 per day here. Preferred weapon for most heavy forces due to ease of use and considerable power.
    Stock: 3
Chemical Armor – Generates 4 per day here. An advanced ‘hazmat suit’ thats good at resisting energy attacks, and boosts stealth.
    Stock: 3

    Hazmatica immediately began working on:
    (Unit) Vector Marbis
    (Ability)
The elites from here immediately began working on Ballistics. [1/6 days down]
The blade sentinals immediately began working on Industrialism [1/8 days down]
    (Item) Ballistic Cannon

We warned you, people of Iguarnis and Hazmatica. Now you will pay the price for your insolence; already some of your soldiers, the infamous Palmira Hunters, have defected to our grand Empire. We will take Iguarnis, one way or another.

    Prussian Precis

    • Invade Iguarnis using every soldier and armament at our disposal – that is, the entire Army and Armory of the Prussian Empire. We outnumber them, our soldiers are better trained on average, we are using superior equipment as well as more of it, and our officers are the best in the world; there’s no way that we can fail.

    Prussian Imperial Army

    • 6 Panzers
    • 1 JAG Sentinel

    • 1 Phyrexian Powerpack
    • 3 Phyrexian Medipacks
    • 11 Phyrexian Rifles

    Mobilization:

Looks like we have the time edge, however. We have 1 day to prepare.

    Kiweena

She warns NOT to take them on presently. You may have the experience, but she learned the hard way about their policies. She has defected before only to be recaptured. Even one day results in the potential deaths of whole armies due to their empire special, training or not.

You learned of hazmatica’s special…. but will you accept it as truth?

You better…. or look at the potential army you will loosing to the fumes!
You also learned a major secret. Annex an empire’s capitol, and the empire crumbles, but all that empire’s abilities become yours.

    Hazmat Armada

    • Gerron Varcer
    • 1 Jag Soldier
    • 12 Chemical Soldiers
    • 4 Patriot Soldiers
    • 3 Immolator
    • 35 Blade Sentinals
    • 2 Vector Marbis
    • 3 Elite Sentinals

    Hazmatica Armory

    • 35 Nr16 Asault Rifles
    • 140 Standard NR16 Munitions
    • 3 Cloak Generators MK8
    • 3 Hi-Explosives
    • 3 QZ94 Proto-Armor
    • 3 Ballistic Cannons

    Hazmatica Special

Note that EVERY UNIT has a gasmask and biohazard suit by default…. so they all are unnafected by this fumigation.

    My decision

The defender chooses between roleplay or simulated when PVP is involved.
    I choose RP!

    Flag Post

There is little option but to take them on immediately. If we defeat their armada here, we will easily crush their empire; and with only 1 day, can they really fumigate an entire citadel?

However, the Ministry does respect Kiweena’s knowledge, and will defer to her on this matter. It will be impossible to take on the Hazmatic Armada offensively if we back down here, but perhaps if we secure a perimeter, our army – with its impressive mobility – can match theirs’ and keep them enclosed.

Any Hazmatic invasions of territories that the Prussian Army can also reach will be met in full force; we can’t match Hazmatica in areas that have already been fumigated, but we are more than a match for it in on an even playing field.

    Prussian Precis

    • Withdraw from Iguarnis, halting the invasion, and return the Prussian Army to the Prussian Empire.
    • Send 4 Panzers – equipped with NHK-03 Panzer Armor and Phyrexian Rifles – to escort our 5 Palmira Hunters – equipped with Synthetic Armor and Phyrexian Rifles – to scout out Palmira Terminus #1. They will be carrying enough ammunition to deal with any possible situation, but are to avoid combat if at all possible, focusing on their intelligence-gathering duties. The Prussian Ministry wants to know if it’s inhabited, and if so, whether or not it’s defended.

    Palmira Terminus #1

It was empty! Apparently, few knew of this terminus in the first place. But there was little in it.

    Units
    Soldier – Gens 12. Explanitory.
    Blade sentinal – See above.
    Abilities
Mobility – A copy of your mobility skill, nothing else needs being said.
Tramlines – 6 days each time. May repeatedly train, allowing upgrades to the connection areas. It takes 35 units 5 days to first make, doubling for each upgrade.
    Items
Assault Rifle – Generates 35. Quite explanitory. May specify either a range, ease of use, or power modification.
AR Ammo – Generates 200. May make 100 for piercing/ballistics, or 50 with both.
Battle Armor – Generates 35. Quite explanitory. May choose light, medium, or heavy, even dividing between them.

You know all the links here for now.
    above

    Thaladin Port
Bio: Rumors abound of an advanced tramline with a vehicle in this area… but its infested with a very high number of immolators.

    Dahuna Access Citadel
Bio: Apparently, a considerably more defensible citadel. Your forces, however, have noticed a sizable number of champions in this base.

    Optinus Access Citadel
Bio: Looks very technlogical. There is a very good chance that the security systems in that one are a bit more advanced than you can handle presently.

[Does this mean that it takes 6 days to train a unit to be capable of building Tramlines, and then 5 days in order to build a Tramline between two citadels? Or does one Tramline connect every part of the Prussian Empire?]

The hazmatica forces needed to secure plenty of new areas to stand a chance. so far, they only had 3 locations, and badly needed more. Outfitting the Immolators with the cloak gens, along with rifles and the special powersuits, they ordered them to secure the base covertly then await further orders.

They won, and took no casulties. It was a major victory, and an easy one. Infiltrating with the stealth units, not one soldier ever detected their presence, along with them easily reaching the main zone. As they secured it, the complex shifted control, then the forces, realizing they were infiltated, suicided, like usual.

    Units:
    Immolator – Trains 4 here.
Scientist – Trains 6. Good at technological based situations.
Tech Soldier – Traines 8. Good at advanced forms of weapons and armors, but not heavy ones.

Outfitting – Takes 3 days. Greatly improves your ability to utilize and operate most equipments.
Asessment – Takes 4 days. Improves your abiliity to analyze and determine things.
Scientology – Takes 7 days. Improves your technical and reasoning capbilities greatly.
    Items:
Nerve Gas Cannisters – Produces 6 per day. Requires hazmat equipments to make.
Hi-Explosives – Produces 8 per day. A fairly powerful explosive.
Chemicals – Produces 12 per day. May be useful in a few bases… or as fuel.
