How does someone starve on a train, you know, since it takes like 7 days to die of starvation.

Where he came from was an incredibly poor town, and he was invited to stay with his rich family. While he was there, he lived a rich and lavish lifestyle, and didn’t want to go back to poverty. So he jumped out of the train.

This all is irrelevant.

So the:
He goes to her town to get healed, takes two weeks there in recovery, takes the train back, while on the train, the process reverses, and he jumps off the train because it instantly depresses him.

Wait, he was in a tunnel….tunnels are dark and so he couldn’t see anything, thought it reversed, and killed himself!!!

Yes, the guy kills himself because he thinks he is blind. But if he was healed there, why would he thinks it just now?

The man went to Herptown to get his eyes fixed from being blind. The operation was successful, however the man had to wear something over his eyes to prevent dust and things from damaging the newly repaired eyes. The man, however, thought that he had gone blind gain. Thus, on his first opportunity, which was the bus to Derptown, he committed suicide.

While in Herptown, the blind man got extremely drunk and was mugged in a back alley. They took all of his organs and sold them on the black market. While on the train ride home, he saw a bush that looked like a kidney, and in an attempt to save his own life, tried to jump to the kidney bush. It didn’t work.

However, when he removed it in the tunnel, he thought he was blind. Thus, he committed suicide.
