I really doubt you can pretend to be dead. One of the soldiers looking at you has a blue uniform. He moves 3 steps in front of you and aims a MP40 at you. It looks like you have to fight your way out. Now what?

Open fire with pistols, attempting to kill the one in the blue uniform first.

Summon the powers of Deus Ex Machina and murder them all. Then use the magical healing powers of cannibalism to heal youself and any status effects.

Butt nekked. And don’t leave the shower room, there would only be one entrance. Cornered is better than surrounded.

Deus Ex Machina does not apply here. You are on your own. And no you do not have clothing on. You attempt to kill the blue uniform guy. He responds with firing controlled bursts at you. You manage to hit him 3 times and he hits you only once with a burst. You fire some more and you hit a guard in the face with a bullet. The other guards try to shoot you and they are no pushovers. One of them hits you in the lung with a bullet and the other rushes up to you with a baton to hit you, and gets in front of the fourth burst. He dies quickly. Now what?

No, headshot the guard. The SS soldier will attack us, while teh guard will wait until we attack him.

So you’ll allow the SS to open fire on us, while the gaurd sits there like a moron, i don’t think so…

Arrrrgh. You feel a wound hurt. (Infected wound -1 health every turn unless you heal it). You shoot the SS soldier and hit him in the knee (Crippled SS soldier’s right leg). He starts firing full auto, hitting the walls and hitting you in the liver. You feel faint. You shoot him again. The SS soldier crumples in a heap. The guard starts yelling “Bitte hab Erbarmen mit mir! Ich werde nicht schießen Sie bitte!” You decide to shoot him. Asshole. Now you gotta find a doctor willing to heal you. And you need a uniform. You get a MP40 and unload 2 P38s. You can use P38 ammo with the MP40! Wow. You hear more gunfire. Now what?

Clean the infected wounds out in the shower

Check outside the shower, trying not to be seen by the enemy

You equip your MP40 and load it. Then you look in the washroom. Aside from there being Nazi corpses, you see that uniform with the maggots in it. Don’t wear it, you think to yourself as you look outside. You see your guard buddy shooting other guards. What now? It helps to know you can loot bodies that you haven’t killed.

Search the other two corpses

You find ammo on the corpses. You also find some papers for those checkpoints. But you can’t understand what it says. After all it’s German. Now what?
