No, it’ll be dead by next week. At least open the game thread now; it doesn’t have to start proper until your laptop returns.

What kind of a shitty situation are you in that you have to gladly hand over your laptop when asked?

I’d understand with a normal PC, because that thing’s a hassle to stuff, but a laptop?

To be fair here, shouldn’t the manager of a forum game be responsible in order to successfully run a thread? I doubt that getting your possessions confiscated is the result of good behavior and responsibility. In any case, I’m withdrawing my character sheet. If you do start up the game without killing your thread, then I may rejoin if sign-ups are still available.

I have had this happen to me… so many times. Almost every time I get into an argument with my mother, over anything that she finds unsatisfactory, she gives my laptop the same look that you all probably imagine I give to legs that haven’t been properly severed.

When do you expect to have access again?

I got it back. They normally only take it for a few days, before I sabotage their computers and they give it back.
