A story about a fire-breathing spetsnaz would be fictional.

But also a fantasy. A fantasy world in which that exists. Being fictional but not fantastic means there is some degree of reality.

(Also…sorry, zombies, you are out. Don’t give up on RPs, though. Just find an RP with lower standards.)

So by being pure fantasy, he would have to be 100% unreal. That would mean that he would have to be something like a dragon, because he is a human, which is real, therfore giving him some degree of reality correct?

No, he is not human. Humans aren’t put in jail with their huge weird spears. Humans don’t go on killing sprees then disappear off the radar, leaving no one bothered. He is in possession of super-human abilities. That makes him super-human; therefore a fantasy character.

Ehh…I’m getting bored with trying to prove you wrong so I’ll just stop here.

I didn’t say he was amazing with either a spear OR a shotgun. Especially not the shotgun, which he’s had essentially no practice with due to having maybe one or two clips of ammo pilfered from the guard in question, which therefore makes it a very rare resource; he might be somewhat better with the spear, having had it for a while, but when you’ve had no formal training with it, you end up doing something less like “actual spear assault” and more like “swinging a pole with a spike on it at a person like a nihilistic maniac”. Hence the additions to the weapon.

…nor can he breathe fire. Nor is he a Spetsnaz.

Nor was he put in jail with his spear, nor was he left alone by the police at any point, and nor does he possess any form of superhuman ability. Like I said, he lies a lot to get his way; is it not feasible that he could find a way of using that to effect his escape and/or a full-scale jail riot?

The game will be up any minute. I may take a while to respond after that.

If you didn’t want any fantasy elements, then you shouldn’t have made an RP based on The Walking Dead.
Personally, I think that BC should be excepted, but maybe with a few modifications to his character.

Name: Daniel Federov
Race: Caucasian
Age: 24
Gender: Male
Occupation: Nurse, currently going for his Masters Degree in Med School
Views: He is Christian, but isn’t really affiliated with any church. Somewhat prejudiced (as in he sometimes believes in stereotypes, although tries not to). He is a moderate independent and doesn’t really fit enough with the two main parties. Would rather find a way around conflict, but face it head on if necessary.
Home: Atlanta
Bio: Daniel was the son of two Russian Immigrants who moved to upstate New York before he was born. He was a good student in school, but not enough to get in the prestigious schools (without a ton of money) so he went to a university in Atlanta to train to become a doctor. He has since become a nurse to help fund his way through college and is one year away from getting his Masters Degree.

Race: Caucasian(damn, I am breaking my own rules already. Blackadder makes up for it by being foreign, though.)
Gender:Male
Views: A non-religious, minimally racist Englishman who gets in trouble more for his greed than his views. Also for his tendency to be sarcastic. Dislikes religious people, and fears death in any form. Has utter disdain for any military.
Occupation: ex-military, working as a butler to a wealthy tycoon who lives in Atlanta.
Home: An mansion in the suburban area around Atlanta.
Bio: Unnecessary. Those who know what this is in reference to will just be better informed as to how the character will act.
+1 for the reference if I could :)

Oh yeah, that’s what I meant. I don’t know what the hell I was thinking.

Am I accepted? And if so, will I be able to put in my actions this turn, or will I have to wait next turn?

…so are you going to let me join this or not, slothman? I’ve stated why my character isn’t fantastic in nature.
