Day 1

Day 1 has started and all roles have been handed out. You may now post.

Just like always, the peasants gathered into their council for their daily meeting. However, something was different from the standard fare today. Everyone on the council knew it. Some troublemakers were loose in the village, even if they had no evidence. And everyone knew that it was their duty to randomly lynch a fellow villager to stop a possible catastrophe.

You have 48 hours to decide a lynch before the standard deadline. Everyone must confirm their role before the start of Day 2 in order to avoid being replaced or modkilled. Any questions concerning the game should be PMed to me. I will periodically post a status update during the day, detailing the time left, a vote count, any inactive warnings, and anything else that might be needed.

Yeah. Using FoS outside of the joke phase is kind of pointless. You don’t need a “FoS” to know that it’s evidence against a certain player if you actually read the damn post. People here are just using FoS to try to make their posts seem more convincing than it already is (or isn’t). If a post actually holds any real argument, it won’t really need a FoS tag.

I’m considering restricting FoS in mafia games since they don’t benefit the game at all. If you’re suspicious of someone, I rather you say “I think [player] is suspicious because…”

FoS is basically short form of “I think [player] is suspicious”. It’s like why you say lol instead of “that was so funny!”

The only thing I like about “FoS” is that it’s not nearly as half as stupid as “Ignsay” and that sort of crap. I swear we didn’t have this stuff before my hiatus…
